What a gem of a place. The cocktails, the food, the service, the atmosphere… this place has it all, and it’s right here in our backyard. The filet w/ bearnaise sauce I had was unbelievably good. Prepared perfectly medium rare, the combined flavor of the steak with the sauce still makes my mouth water a week later. All the appetizers and sides we had were perfection as well. The potato au gratin was sooo good. Highly recommend C. Knight’s. I will definitely be a regular.

Super welcoming environment greatest customer service I've experienced. Our waitress, Ms. Jazzmin, went above and beyond! highly knowledgeable, and guided us into a very satisfying, and delicious dinner. Big thank you to everyone else as well! My favorite steakhouse in El Dorado hills! I popped in for happy hour and had the most amazing lemon drop. The hamburger was next level! I have only heard about it, the rumors are all true! Best ever! Service was top-notch! They traded me like a VIP

I travel a lot and go to a lot of very nice steakhouses. I always say the steak was good but C Knights is better, every time. Their steaks are the best, and their sides are amazing too. Highly recommend to everyone.

Chuck and his team are incredible. Make you feel warm and welcome like you are Norm from Cheers when you walk in. Chef Sofia is incredible and makes sure that every dish that comes out of the kitchen is spectacular

The atmosphere was interesting. The checkered floor reminded me of a 1920s or 1950's diner. The mirrors on the wall were weird, a bit dirty, and reflected the sun onto patrons. The wood paneling of the wall reminded me of Cattlemens.

The cocktail was great and so is the wine selection. However, the glasses were spotted and looked dirty. If am spending $104 on a porterhouse, and an overall bill of over $200 without tip, the details matter. The sides ranged from $12 up to the high $20s. The sides are bit on the pricey side, which another reviewer noted.

On a Saturday night at 6:30, only three tables were occupied, but maybe 10 or so patrons were at the bar for drinks.

As for a positive, the food was great. However, the ambiance and decor left a little more to be desired. If I am spending $100+ per person, the decor better match the menu prices.

If I was invited for dinner by friends, I would go, but it wouldn't be my first choice, or even in my top 10. I'd prefer Echo and Rig.

Unbelievable steaks! We had 2 appetizers, 2 sides, and 2 steaks. Absolutely top notch. Just had to leave a review. The bar manager served us and did a perfect job 👌
