They are serving unrefrigerated milk to children in the kids meals. They fridge isn't turned on. I asked for a cold milk and they acted like I was the jerk.

This place is gross and unsafe. Don't eat here.

Overall, a really nice Chipotle. It's a fairly new location & the dining room is more comfortable than other local Chipoltes. Food was cooked & served very well.

Routinely ignored while standing there. Frequently the soda machine is out of order, meaning poor operation management. Blah and or disinterested employees, meaning poor people management. High variance in portion sizes. Basically this place needs new management that cares.

Do yourself a favor and go to the iron point store instead of this one. If you order takeout the portions are an absolute joke (probably half of what you’d get at the iron point location) with barely any protein. I’ve ordered food from here maybe four times and every time is consistently a ridiculously small portion, so it’s clear whoever is managing this store has instructed staff to intentionally give small portions to drive their costs down.

I’ve only ever ordered from this location out of pure convenience, but going forward I’ll definitely be going to the other store instead of this one…even if it means driving 20 minutes out of the way.

I love Chipotle. I love Chipotle dearly. I have tried to love this particular Chipotle many times, but I have had enough. I have had them screw up my order a few times, be out of guac and lettuce multiple times. But on May 24; it was the worst- no rice, no lettuce, only chicken, only Coke Zero working on the soda, and no apologies. I understand there are young people working there and I was not going to take it out on them, but I certainly will write a review. This franchise is in a prime location and they must know it because they clearly could care less about quality. I will only go to Iron Point from now on, even if it takes me longer.

I ordered a bowl via doordash today, I know the bag was already sealed when he picked up the food like it normally is so I know this isn’t the doordashers fault. After almost eating the entire bowl I found this not small BUT VERY LARGE bug near the bottom of the bowl. This is fowl. I get insects can come in through produce but the fact no one caught this is disgusting. Now I feel disgusting. I don’t know what it is but this location is the worst. I have tried so many times to give it the benefit of the doubt but there’s always something wrong. I definitely want a refund for this bowl. This is fowl.

Food was great per usual but a manager is clearly on shift and just made me feel like he was having the workers just act like robots. He was very intense and I myself wouldnt like to be an employee of his. I get you need to be efficient and fast at these jobs but also we're human.

Manager making the situation right so 2 stars instead of 1. No handle bags so food was put in a brown Chipotle labled bag. Son noticed his hands were on fire from holding the bottom of the bag from the store to the car. Went to take it out of the car to inside the house and the bag fell apart, all 3 orders of food all over the cars floorboard and onto the garage floor. Didnt help the car is newer and daughter just home from recent surgery. Manager offered a refund or to remake the order. We took the refund but had to clean the car stat and drive back to the store for the refund.We come here often. Two teenagers that love it. Location is perfect for us. However we need to find a new place or another Chipotle location. Quality of the food is down, items run out, soda machine does not always work, cleanliness of the location and staffing is less then ideal, and overall its a lot of money for hassles like we faced this time around.Management- please fix this Chipotle location. The reviews are not good!
