After watching a movie, my husband and I decided to have some ice cream. I always loved cold stone ice cream.

⚠️MAJOR HEALTH RISK BEWARE ⚠️This place is highly insanitary. The staff was wearing no hand protection whatsoever while handling food. I observed staff #1 drop some toppings on the preparation table, pick them up with her bare hands, and toss them back into the toppings container. Staff #2 would reach into the ice cream chiller to scoop ice cream and her dirty bare hands and hairy arms (yes, hairy arms too) would repeatedly come into contact with the ice cream as she fumbled the scoop. The spoon handle that was placed in my ice cream bowl was covered in a wet substance which appeared to be sweat mixed into melted ice cream with came directly off the servers bare hands. There was around 3 staff, all without any hand protection. Wearing something as simple as hand protection is one of the most basic things in an ice cream shop or any restaurant when preparing food.This is a very serious issue.

Avoid this place if you can, there are MUCH better ice cream options in the area. The store is filthy - clearly not cared for and rarely cleaned. Additionally, the customer service is horrible…hands down the worst ice cream shop experience I’ve ever had. Definitely won’t be back.

I ordered two cakes for my twins birthday and they completely messed up. They mixed up the cakes and used the wrong frosting for one of them. What I asked for their cakes weren’t difficult but somehow they messed up. If you order a cake from here I would suggest making sure they made it correctly before leaving the store.

Great ice cream - very slow service. Not sure why, but this is the slowest place in the universe to get an ice cream. The lines are too long and it takes forever to get served. Attached image - line out the door that never moves.

I'm driving home from death Valley, all I want is an ice cream cone and I can't find one between there and here. And they close early!! I'm very upset and will never go to coldstone ever. Staff told me something was gluten free then stated gluten is the same thing as vegan. Super disappointing. Walked out.

I work in food delivery, this place is just terrible if you are not a customer, then you will be served last. I came to pick up the download order, two other customers came after me, but first they served them and I waited 15 minutes for just one serving of ice cream, it's terrible.
