Food is exactly what you expect when you go to jack n box but horrible when they don’t put any ketchup, sauce etc for your meal. Literally no napkins, no taco sauce for tacos, no ketchup for fries.

Isabella was so helpful. She went out of her way to correct a small mistake in my order. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we worked together to make it right. Her attitude was kind and determined and I really appreciated her extra effort!! You don’t usually have fast food workers with such great attitudes! Loved my experience there!

Stood at the counter 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Half the tables were dirty. Bun was burnt, we didn't get salad dressing for our side salad. Over all a very disappointing experience.

Placed a mobile order, ordered the nashville hot mozzarella sticks but when I got home and opened my food they gave me the original mozzarella sticks. Also there was no ranch or taco sauce in the bag, which i had asked for at the window and the guy said it was in the bag. LIES!

What can you say? Fast food. Wide selection and deals if order online or in their app. Order and walk in a few minutes later and grab the food. Very smooth

Hello fellow fast food connoisseurs, at around 6 pm Saturday evening, my friends and I went on a nice outing to this Jack in the Box location. We pull up and the individual who took our order was nothing short of rude. We felt very out of place and unwelcome. When I was given my food by the black-haired window worker, I am 99% sure she spit in my food. Our food looked as if it was just thrown in the bag carelessly. I am appalled at the behavior of these old 40 year old woman. They should have better ethics! I strongly advise against going to this establishment. They were all laughing and saying I was wrong, when they gave my order. Its impressive how they always get my order wrong every time I order at this location. Instead head on over to the Folsom location, as you will find better service. This is disgraceful. Do better Eldorado Hills.😕☹️
