We love Jon & Bon's Yogurt shoppe. They have a pretty good selection of Ice cream too if you prefer that over the frozen yogurt. The only thing I can say that is a negative is that they have very few frozen yogurt flavors. It would be nice to have a few more choices. It's always clean and the employees are very friendly.

This is the absolute best frozen yogurt shop! I love their froyo and customer service. The atmosphere is so peaceful and welcoming and the employees are super nice! I just wish the flavor selection was a little better.

Drove 20 minutes, and I got there 25 minutes before closing and they had already closed everything, and the girl unlocked the door and said they closed. Very frustrating, if they are going to close at 10:30, then change the hours.

I have come here, 4 times so far, in the last 6 months, and their yogurt machines are "frozen" and unable to serve frozen yogurt. Wow! Last time was a month ago and that was the last time I will try. Too bad, it's close and when they first opened it was great.

Just an average post to question why they were closed this evening at 8:15. Hours are 11 to 11 and there was a sign saying that they would be closed on Father's Day at 8 PM, but that's tomorrow. Disappointing that I drove out there to get some thing and they were closed. I could see people in there but the door is locked, the open sign was off and the mop was in the lobby.

We have given this shop a lot of business since they opened up and feel like we can make a comprehensive review now that we see patterns. Here's what we think. The yogurt? It's okay. What and IF they have available is VERY limited compared to most other yogurt shops. Few flavors and often not working machines give you a small selection so we'd like to see more options than 4 or 5 if that. They have NO continuity. One day you go and they give you a mountain of yogurt for $7 and the next day it may equal 1.5 cups measured. Literally depends who's working. For $7 for a small cup I expect to get a fair amount, 7$ for less than a pint from Safeway, is not okay. Now, the staff. .. perfectly nice although the females tend to be snotty depending on the time of the month! We'd really like to see a bit more professionalism being taught here. Never seen a grown up in here. You either get "Biff" in his PJ's or "Stacey" in daisy dukes and her padded bra hanging out her tiny tank top. All teenagers is just fine however I shouldn't need to see underwear and butt cheeks to grab a bloody yogurt guys. Even Taco Bell and McDonald's can prepare these kids for the real world better than this. Could y'all maybe spring for a couple company polos at least? Maybe teach them how to have a LITTLE bit of dignity and pride in the work place?

Not sure what happened here but this place can't be long for the world. Poor ice cream selection and very limited. The frozen yogurt options were worse. This place needs a thorough cleaning. The kids working here were nice but not engaged with their work. Too bad, now it's back down the hill to Folsom.
Has anyone noticed how filthy this place is? Every time I visit the floors are filthy and the tables are disgusting. And there is no one else in there. Its not like they don't have time. There is ice cream all over the front window from the inside of the store. Next time you go there, look around. This place is really dirty.

I love how these people are not ashamed of having a Christian company. My kids love it here and it seems to be less expensive than other yogurt shops. My only complaint, sometimes the person working could be more friendly.

My husband and I love Froyo, so that part is great! We recently tried the shaved ice, and I think they may need a new shaved iced machine because it's not soft like how shaved ice is suppose to be, it was more like crushed ice. Hopefully they can get that figured out would love some actual shaved ice during the summer months!
