Only one ordering lane. It has two intercom menus but still can get backed up if someone can't decide.

Would it be that difficult to put a sign in the window when you are closed for Christmas. The app took our order and we sat waiting for our food until we realized the place was closed. There drive through was taking order from the cars that pulled up when we were there. How about turning off the drive thru AI and tell the app you are closed!!!!

Too cold. I think the AC was on. Asked the cashier to turn the ac down and tune heater on. Cashier mentioned that only owner can do it and the owner is not letting them do it despite previous complaints. Bring a jacket if you come here

Really doubt my food is going to be delivered with any sort of quality, I cannot cancel the order because they failed to give me the food I ordered then didn’t have the order and had to come and ask me for the exact order again. Meanwhile I watch everything ordered after me delivered first. Goto the McDonald’s at the previous exit or anywhere else please do yourself a favor and avoid the aggravation and use your money at any other location this place consistently fails to simply make food in a timely manner. Staff not great at the job either, hard work maybe not their thing. Also after asking me for the order they failed to deliver all of the food I paid for after waiting 20+ minutes. Then Debbie refused to refund me electronically and also refused to give me contact information for her superior. This was after I was told I was insane among other things. And yes I recorded the call.

This McDonald’s in Eldorado hills has fast service and burgers are well made. Nice they have outdoor service too. Highly recommend it. The drive thru was long but they made it very fast to get through.

If you value your health, let alone your life do not eat the McRib. It’s packed full of high processed meat and additives. The worst item you could possibly get off the McDonald’s menu along with their french fries
To the owner of McDonald’s responding to this you don’t need to tell me how you value your customers blah blah blah you need to fix all the food issues with your company
You need to give the public healthier food choices not the stuff you sell at your restaurant

I asked for no meat egg muffin but they gave me with meat and had to go back again and stay in the lane to change it and no price adjustment .

Was my first time at this McDonald's and the employee forgot to put things in my order. I called the manager and they said they would send me a card. So good management. However the employees is a different story, they don't know how to do their job.

The store manager the blonde lady is a horrible person. Always rude and frowny to everyone.

Its funny thu, like those movies where the antagonists do whatever they want to do to people and no one stops them.

Customer service is pretty much the same everywhere nowadays not only in this McDonalds branch.

I love how nice the employee was very respectful and food was fast cheap only 17 bucks for 2 people perfect it. Food looks soo good

Always always very very rude employees. Ask questions regarding products they sell. Replied they cant answer since company policy. Then how can I order food if I don't know how its made. Also said I have to come in store instead drive thru if got questions. This is the only store who does this. Never polite. Seems like the franchise owner has the same attitude, that's why employees are not well mannered.

Very rude employees and even store manager extremely rude and not polite. You want to have bad day just visit this store. No help and unfriendly staffs. Always very rude. Learn to be kind and helpful.
