Drive through staff very frendly.
Very poor customer service. And the food we open the bag ever was all scrambled. Baddddddd place to buy fast food. Not recomended.
Its a McDonalds. No place to expect good customer service or a good atmosphere either. Im like “have a nice day” to the drive thru people and they just roll their head back and shut the window.
Stopped by ont he way to Tahoe and found this McDonald’s to be clean friendly and food was hot and fresh. Drive thru was busy and inside there were kiosks to order though you can order from the counter.
Filet o fish was ordered with some additions and it came out exactly as I wanted. McNuggets crispy and soft serve cone was tall and delicious.
Bathrooms were clean

I hate having to order from a kiosk to get my rewards. However the 2 for 6 is back for breakfast.
I think I hear a sausage egg mcmuffin calling my name
Placed an online order for pickup that included breakfast items 15 minutes before breakfast ends. Received email confirmation order was placed. When we arrived to pick up the food we were told the order was cancelled because they stopped serving breakfast. Appears the manager decided to stop serving breakfast early today for whatever reason. The bare minimum would be to inform the customer the order was cancelled before they drove all the way to the store
Can never go wrong with a McChicken and some fries for a few bucks plus my child like the happy meal but you its McDonald's can't expect to much not to little
I ordered two double bacon quarter pounders with no sauce or veggies or bun. They didn’t put bacon on it and the cheese instead of the burger being in the box right side up it was upside down so the cheese was melted to the cardboard. My buddy ordered the same thing except for with all the toppings on it and his didn’t have bacon either. Whoever was making the burgers didn’t give a crap.

Its McDonald's. Bad thing it's a busy location very understaffed so it takes a while. Not fast
This McD is managed well... clean, fast, great staff. They can get slammed at lunchtime, but the drive-through is always the fastest option--they have that down!
