Restaurant prioritises their online orders over their in store customers. Waited over 15min before I get a chance to order my food. The lady didn’t even acknowledge me for a few minutes. Portion sizes are also small. Food is the only redeeming part of the experience.

I ordered online (DoorDash) came inside when the app said my food is ready . I was in line for over 15 min standing by the register, no one asked how can they help me . That’s ridiculous. And they weren’t that busy anyway.
Disappointed in customer service. When you get this type of customer service the food becomes tasteless. :(

Terrible quality food tastes like it’s been sitting out all day. The orange chicken barely has any chicken inside it’s mostly hard dough.

Food wasn't very good (even for Panda express standards). Rice was dry, orange chicken was old tasting, mostly batter.
This is the only panda express that I've ever been to that I will never go back to.

Just ask stuff put a little ice in drink, they said oh we can’t put so little ice, this is rediculase, if I don’t want so much ice in drink, why I must drink cold drink? After that they put whole more than half cup of ice, is this trying to pour less drink?

This is the only panda express that I've ever been to that I will never go back to. Over the last year working in the area I've gone ~15 times and it was consistently the worst panda express I've ever had. Undercooked food, and sauces that taste wrong most of the time. I know because I've been eating their orange chicken for damn near 20 years. The Asian manager(forget her name) must have someone pissing in her cheerios every morning because there wasn't a single time that she seemed happy, and you can tell her team isn't happy.

Very incompetent service at this restaurant. I asked for drink no ice, and cashier told me “Sorry I can’t”. Then I asked for low ice for drink, and got the same response. “Half and half” she said, but there was 70% ice in my drink! Food was dry and not ready to eat. It’s the worst Panda that I’ve ever been.

I ordered food it said it would be ready at 5:25 I get a text at 5:15 it’s ready so it was way earlier than it was supposed to be. I get there can’t find any parking so I parked far away and walked in. There was a large line of people ordering food. I stand there and see my order ready at the to go order (not heated) and politely asked if I can just grab my order. The cashier rudely says “NO YOU CANNOT” so I wait. Then instead of helping me she starts packing up food so I politely asked again if I can get the order I already paid for. She again gave me attitude and said no. She finally got to me and wanted to see my order. I am pulling up my order and say it’s the one that’s ready. She rudely says I need to see your order and name. I show her again. She then starts opening the bag I told her that isn’t necessary and she then asked me to show her the order again and I said no and grabbed my food out of her hands and left. She was so rude and was acting like I was stealing food I had PAID for. All the food was cold and gross will never go back here.

My son is a huge fan of Panda Express, and we were thrilled when one opened in El Dorado Hills. However, since its opening, we've found the portions to be smaller compared to the Folsom location. Even with online orders for pickup, they only fill the containers about three-quarters full. I observed an employee handling another online order and noticed they were skimping on scoops, especially with double orders. For my son's birthday, we ordered orange chicken, but most pieces seemed to be more hard flour than chicken, which was quite disappointing. Because of how bad his orange chicken turned out, i still owe my son a Panda Express dinner, we'll be heading to the Folsom location for our next visit.
