These bites are absolutely delicious and made with care and love. They are a perfect dessert, or snack to share with family and friends. They are perfect for putting on a platter and serve to guests. My absolute favorites are the baklavas. The only place I was able to find amazing and authentic baklava was back at home in New York. When I tried these from Pastry Bites for the first time I was so impressed and felt like I was back in the city. The clean and neat white box that the pastries were in is such a nice presentation for giving as a gift as well. The owner is as sweet as her pastries; it’s an added bonus for me to support such a good person. I highly recommend pastry bites.

For years I had no idea Pastry Bites was near my home. After discovering the business, I am so happy as the baklava and dolmas were amazing - just as I remember at the finest restaurants in Istanbul on the Bosphorus. This was one of the best home-made baklava I've had in the US. Buttery, crispy, sweet little bites! They have the perfect amount of sweetness, delicious nut filling, crispy buttery layers that leave you wanting more and more. They are moist, but not soggy, and definitely not dry like many baklava you'd find in the US. I ended up eating over 10 pieces in one sitting ;) Order these, don't wait another second.
