These bites are absolutely delicious and made with care and love. They are a perfect dessert, or snack to share with family and friends. They are perfect for putting on a platter and serve to guests. My absolute favorites are the baklavas. The only place I was able to find amazing and authentic baklava was back at home in New York. When I tried these from Pastry Bites for the first time I was so impressed and felt like I was back in the city. The clean and neat white box that the pastries were in is such a nice presentation for giving as a gift as well. The owner is as sweet as her pastries; it’s an added bonus for me to support such a good person. I highly recommend pastry bites.

I usually could only eat one slice of baklava, but I ordered a tray because my family was visiting. It was the best baklava I've had! I think I ate half the tray and I probably could have finished all of it if my sister and hubby did not fight me for it. Freshly made with quality ingredients you can taste. It was a hit with the whole family! They actually wanted more to bring home. I ordered a second time and the taste and quality has been consistently excellent. Pastry bites is my go-to for baklava!

The baklava is out of this world! It’s not like the baklava you’ve tried before. It’s not sticky and it’s so delicious! I’ve bought multiple boxes of these, eaten them with my family and delivered them to clients. We’re all in love! Cigdem is also one of the sweetest people you will ever meet.
