Terrible service, rude and unpleasant shop attendant- unsecured coffee cup lid causing coffee spill and staining on my jacket!

My sandwhich was cold in the middle. They forgot an item. They said the medium drink was big so I ordered a small and it was so so tiny. Frustrated!

First time being at this Peet's Coffee and I was displeased with service. I was the only women of color. The cashier greeted the customers behind me and didn't recognize me. She let the customers know that she will be with them in a minute. I felt completely disregarded or acknowledge. After paying with cash too, I will take my money somewhere I am welcomed. Management needs to work of diversity with in the company, so people who come in that are of color feel welcomed too.

Good place to work and very good place for coffee! My fav drink always used to be havanna cappuccino. Now it's strawberry matcha! The best in town

If for some reason you love everything about Starbucks but want to avoid them, Peet's is your joint. Perfectly acceptable and forgettable aside from the goofy nice baristas who shared thoughts on horchata

This place has really gone downhill. Orders are always incorrect, they make sloppy inconsistent drinks and are very rude if you complain. Just go across the street to Nugget and they will make you exactly what you want and be polite.

I have to walk over 2 miles round-trip to go to this location. I do it happily because not only do I get a good walk in they have a lovely patio. The store great atmosphere, awesome employees, and my husky loves hanging out with me there.
