Jenni is by far the best person at this Peets location! I was having issues with my reward points and she took the time to help me, to make sure I could use them. The kindness and patience from her was a breath of fresh air. She was such a joy.

PCT el dor hills usually clean. Today theres crumbs and trash all over the dine-in. Staff horsing around. Usual manager not present. sun March 10. I brought to their attention i just had a bad experience at another PCT location today. The girl who helped me didn't really care. Staff friendly to some regulars but not us. The drink i got was bland, very pretentious stuck up vibe with the locals. tired of spending my money at peets.

WARNING!!Some of the cashiers here either don’t listen to you when taking order or they want to double charge you by pretending they didnt take your order for some of the items the first time. So make sure you double check how much you’re paying and for what items. And as bonus they show very bad attitude when challenged. These people need more training for sure.

It's okay. Hate the bathroom situation. They only have all gender bathrooms which I refuse to use. Two times I have walked in and a man who "forgot" to lock the door had his "salami" out. It's a really unsafe situation for everyone involved. Just give us a women bathroom for gods sake!

ThIS IS THE BEST PEETS in the Sacramento/South Lake Tahoe area! I just enjoyed a perfect cup a few weeks ago. The need to build Peet’s when I visit NJ, no one would go to yucky ⭐️bucks! Nordstrom on the East Coast is as similar to Peet’s as you can get.

It is all about the coffee and the view! Truth be told, I enjoy a great cup of Peet's coffee over the other big brand!:) Especially the lattes. Peet's lattes are so rich and smooth. Luxurious almost (you get a pour to the top of the cup). And they seem to offer way more variety of pastries. Anyway, it was delightful to sit and relax on today's "real feel" autumn morning sipping my extra hot latte and munching on my absolute fav, warmed, maple scone. If you have not been to this El Dorado Hills location, you are definitely missing out. Killer outside seating and view. Located up high at the intersection of Latrobe and White Rock... quiet, peaceful, almost meditative friendly. The bicycle cult (and I mean that in a good way) loves it, too. So much fun to watch them in their bright colored spandex. Dang... how do they get up that hill???? Parking is a breeze in the mornings. Need a quiet yummy coffee hangout with a large patio and lovely scenery? This Peet's is the perfect place. Extra hot, please!
My favorite place for coffee. Manager here is super nice and sweet. Helped me out when I realized I had forgot my wallet at home. Came back the next day to pay them back. Awesome coffee shop

The coffee was great! The shop was quiet when I came in. I imagine it could be a good place to get some work done. Very easy to grab a cup of coffee before getting back on the highway!

The staff are trying to keep up but the morning rush plus online orders cause a huge back up. I waited over 15 minutes to have a scone warmed and finally just asked for it cold. The manager needs to do better.
