Well the previous reviews lived up to the hype this place is extremely poor in terms of food quality and service and I would skip and go somewhere else. We ordered our food, I had a California Chicken club (pretty basic) and the wife had the ahi tuna avocado. When the food came out right off I noticed the chicken sandwich seemed to be extremely skimpy of chicken and avocado and the bacon was burnt pretty badly. The server did not ask at any time how our food was or offer any water refill the entire time. It want until the very end of the meal when we were just sitting there waiting for our check that she came and asked how we were (little too late). Also when I asked if they had sweet potato fries instead of regular fries when ordering my meal, we weren't told it would by an additional $3 charge, so now a very poorly made chicken sandwich cost $22. It is proper would to communicate any additional charges period, as that is standard when there is an added charge like that. When we received our check and she asked how the food was I usually just say ok and pay my bill but this time I had to explain that the sandwich was very underwhelming as it barely had any chicken, was loaded with mayonnaise, and had barely any avocado. Bacon was minimal and burnt badly. She sort of chuckled and said well hopefully you come back which I thought was weird, but I just said stoned faced nah I'm good. I know she doesn't make the food but she should have checked on us much sooner and asked how things were but she was pretty much out of sight in a somewhat empty restaurant. She could have at least asked if we wanted a refill of water as I had to drink my wife's water towards the end of my meal since she was MIA for most of our meal. Not sure how this business is still afloat with that kind of food and service and overall quality. Won't be back and I am not a picky person and usually over tip but not this time.

Great service, friendly staff, and a awesome atmosphere. The management knows their stuff. They are doing a good job at this establishment. If you're in the area it's a must stop in. The pizza is off the charts. 10/10.

We used to regularly go to this location. After my most recent visit I will not be returning. The prices increased significantly and do not reflect the quality of the food. $22 for a hamburger is ridiculous. In addition, many of our go-to items were removed from the menu. There are half a dozen other restaurants in Town Center the serve burgers significantly less expensive. We ended up leaving and choosing another restaurant.

Not great. Food is good, meaning average, but stopping in around 1pm with the place almost empty, took a while to get things up and running. Server wasn’t really in tune with the menu, hard to get any feedback or suggestions out of him. Overall wasn’t a thrilling experience. Maybe it’s better at happy hour. Lunch was a disappointment.
Pete’s has become the go-to spot for our movie group that meets twice a month. The host/hostess are always welcoming of our big group, often 10+, and the wait staff happily provide separate checks. The food and drink menu variety means there’s something to suit everyone’s taste. We’ve been meeting almost 3 years now, and although we mix other Town Center establishments in our rotation, Pete’s is one our group can always count on for good food and service.

We were incredibly disappointed with our meal today. The service was fine the girls were very sweet and attentive, absolutely no issue with them. However our food was so bland and basic and insanely expensive. $22 for the most plain burger is ridiculous. My burger was bland, squishy in the middle, and completely unseasoned. The “special sauce” was just ketchup/mayo mixed. $22 for a frozen patty and plain avocado is WILD. My husbands steak sandwich was also really bland and not tasty. The only good thing was the kids meal pizza, it was pretty decent. Other than that we paid $90 (with tip) for the most plain cafeteria style food ever. Definitely will not be returning.

We were looking for a spot open a little later (they’re open until 10:00-even the kitchen!) and stumbled upon Pete’s in El Dorado Hills. Every staff member we encountered was above and beyond the norm here tonight. We shared a small “Veghead” specialty pizza and it was piled so high with veggies the two of us couldn’t even finish it! We’ll be back for the food and the great service!

The service was terrible. The wait staff was not kind after finding out we didn't want alcohol or appetizers which was unbecoming. We ordered really basic food (burgers) and it wasn't busy, 3 tables besides ours, and it took 45 minutes to get our food. We were stopping through from out of town and I would not recommend this place.

Worst customer service especially server name Sukh. After delaying the pizza by over 45 mins, when we asked to cancel, showed an attitude completely uncalled for.
Came here with my family and they were out of food. We ordered, 15 minutes later they told us they were out of food and to order something else. Which I did. We waited almost an hour and we finally got our food. So 20 minutes of wait and an hour for food. Also, the restaurant was empty and it was Saturday afternoon. We ended up getting the check because they wouldn't bring it to us after asking several times and getting up. We had to get our own boxes as well, this place is pretty much you have to serve yourself. Food wasn't that great and it's overpriced. They also took away the salads and garlic bread that they would give you with your meal. So you have to pay extra just to get what used to come with your plate, and they raised the price of the meal. This place sucks and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Never going back. They should just close the restaurant since they don't have food or service, hopefully something else that is actually good can take its location.
