The fish taco batter was soggy. The cabbage on the tacos tasted like dirty water. The taco as a whole was a homogenous, greasy disaster.The chips were tasty as were the salsas.But the tacos were truly bad. I was ravenous before my meal, and now I feel worse having eaten.Avoid this place if possible.

Victoria is the most terrible manager and human being. Her employee messed up on my order, and I got HELL. She said my husband and I were terrible. I explained eloquently to her that I never got a side order.Victoria isn't able to be a normal person. All that comes out of her mouth is insults. Was she recruited from jail?Rubio's, you can do better! She doesn't represent your corporate values.

Food is way to spicy. If you add sauces you are going to die. Make sure you have lots of water. The alleged Store Manager, Victoria, is rough when working with customers to resolve order issues. It was overall a pathetic dining experience.

My chicken is always dry, and over priced. The atmosphere is similar to most fast food places. They need to up their game.

Smells like sewage so bad the last two times I’ve gone. Wish we walked out and didn’t order. The food area is SO dirty. How does this place stay in business?

Smelled like sewage and staff is almost always rude. Wish undercover boss would happen! I love Rubio’s food in general but after several really bad experiences with their staff I will not return. The last time I went in it smelled like sewage and they were not friendly so I left without ordering.

This place had a funky smell when we walked in shortly after opening. Looks like the place good use a good scrubbing. The drink machine napkin holders and floors are dirty.

Place was absolutely filthy and smelt bad. And I paid almost $30 for two of the smallest burritos I've ever been sold.

Walked in and stood in line to order. I was the only customer in line, dining area slow as well, and I saw multiple employees see me and they all chose to ignore me and turn their backs. So after a couple minutes of no acknowledgment I said, ok never mind, and walked out. The employees literally couldn’t care less about their jobs. I am not a picky person with service but seriously, why even hire these people? Also, figure out why management isn’t intervening

Got burnt Food, had to send it back. They remade my food, without sincere apologies.

Staff is great, street corn bowl is great, but how do you guys charge the same price that chipotle does for chips? Not as good as Chipotle and only~1/4 of the portion?

Foods pretty good. Was it worth the cooks making fun of my name the whole time? Probably not. But I would recommend the salsa bar.

If you get their coupons/deals it's really nice. Otherwise not a place you ever crave. Highly recommend the roasted chipotle sauce.
