We love Sienna Restaurant in El Dorado Hills,, so much we tend to go there at least once a week!! Best food, and nicest people!!!

Brunch, 3/24/24. The ambiance was nice. The lady greeting us was pleasant and helpful. The food was disappointing. There was very little avocado on the avocado toast & the flavor was just OK. The eggs Benedict was more flavorful, but in the past the food was good. The waiter complained of having too many people to wait on and was annoyed when we asked for mimosa refills. We moved to the bar so it was easier for him. I likely won't recommend or attend for brunch again.

Fantastic experience here. Went for a family memorial event and had a private room. The room and view were fantastic. Service was fantastic and attentive from start to finish. Food and wine were amazing. It's a pricier place but the quality experience and food is well worth even more. They even went above and beyond and made customs desert menus in honor of our passed family member. Would highly recommend for any special occasion or fancy dinner.

Place has gone downhill. Understaffed. Been about 8 months since I have been here. Sat at the bar on a Sunday, clearly the baretender needed help. As a former bartender, I take pity on the guy, but we finished our drinks and will look to eat somewhere else.

Music too loud had to ask (3) times for the music to be turned down as we couldn't hear our table guests.Chicken Parmesan dinner over cooked, dry and tough, with the pasta been cooked up dry and stuck to the plate and the garlic bread you could use for door stops so hard inedible.Service slow and they weren't busy.Very disappointing dining experience for a birthday dinner. Will not return.

Pros outweigh cons. Most food at brunch was good. Good wine list and mimosas. Big booths and view. Undercooked some of the french toast. Not good: smelly trash shed by entrance. Long waits for food.

I had the opportunity to stop into Sienna for a little after-work happy hour. We sat at the bar and got treated to excellent service and the perfect chili-tini. Jalapeno infused vodka? I wasn't sure, but wow! That's now a favorite martini option. My friend and I shared the macadamia nut encrusted brie. It was absolutely heavenly. I am officially in search of a copycat recipe so I can make it at home. But, this will be a go-to anytime I'm in the EDH area.Looking out the window and seeing the cypress trees, I truly was transported to Italy - even if just for a moment. That made our stop extra special, and one worth repeating again and again...
