I used to order from here pretty often but something has changed. I've now had two orders in a row where I don't think they actually know how to make the sandwiches on the menu. Last time it was a Caprese and added and paid for chicken and when I got the sandwich home there was no chicken and today it was a turkey with pesto aoli which came with literally just turkey and the aoli on it and looking like a 3$ sandwich not a 14$ one. No tomatoes or lettuce or any of the produce on the menu/picture. Little bit of an extra drive but I think I'll check out the competition down the road.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in today 11/21/24 at 12:44 and ordered a 6” inch smoked brisket sandwich which is supposed to be served hot. We got it and the meat was ICE COLD. I am pregnant and cannot eat cold meat so I ordered a hot sandwich thinking I’d be safe. I get it mistakes happen but when I took it up to the counter to explain the lady told me there was no way it could be cold as it just came out. She took the sandwich from me as I asked her to make me a new one. The staff then proceeded to put the exact same sandwich in the oven vegetables and all. The whole time my fiancé and I were in the store the workers were giving us dirty looks and rolling their eyes at us every time we made eye contact with them. The manager then handed me my sandwich and told me if I wanted it hotter I should have asked for it extra hot. At that point the bread was burnt black, my vegetables were hot and the barbecue sauce had soaked up into the meat so it wasn’t even on the sandwich anymore. It felt like I was eating a crouton. As someone who used to work at a Sourdough this is NOT how this situation should have been treated. I was very disappointed with the employees today and they should not treat any customers this way. I will not be returning.

Sandwiches are misleading. Cranberry turkey is depressing and terrible, looks nothing like the advertisement. Smoked brisket is pretty much just a roast beef sandwich. Don’t recommend

Disgusting location. Frozen then warmed lettuce, and pastrami shouldn't stink and be sacaley. Avoid at all costs.
When packing my order, they didn't attach lids correct lot on the soup. Both sandwiches soaked! Almost $40 for a ruined lunch. I called to complain and they thought I wanted to PLACE an order.Never again!!!
I felt very sick after eating at this establishment (In a not-so-pretty way, might I add) and that only leads me to believe two different scenarios. Either their products are expired/cross-contaminated, or staff members are not washing their hands appropriately (cross-contamination). Had I been immune compromised, I very well could have been hospitalized. From someone who works in the industry I’m incredibly appalled and disappointed in this very avoidable and preventable experience. Additionally, as a few of these reviews have previously stated, this business has blatantly stolen the branding and business model of the real Sourdough & Co. This is Sourdough Bread Company, not the real thing. I really don’t understand how this is legal or why they haven’t been sued yet.
What a disappointment. Service was sub par. We were not familiar with the area but wanted something fast without being your typical fast food. We ordered 2 bowls of soup. At best it was the size of a small cup in an ice cream store that they called a “bowl” and cost almost $10 each. We should have gone to the restaurant next door and had a to go order. Felt like a rip off. If it was fantastic, ok; but it was just ok…nothing special. Not going back.
Two things. Customer service is god awful. As someone in upper management in the industry who ever is running things here needs to tell their employees to talk louder then .3 decibels. Second thing. It is really frustrating when the person working behind the counter tells me I can’t split a payment on an order (have the same exact pos system it’s one button). Get what you pay for employees I guess
Awful service at my EX favorite sandwich shop. I have been coming to this sourdough for over a year and have loved their service and sandwiches. Today for lunch I stopped by for my daily sandwich (yes I am in love with the bread) and I was faced with terrible service by the employee(s) at this store. I felt rushed into my order and felt unwanted. All the employees looked like they did not want to be there and the lady who i believe is either the owner or manager was screaming at all the workers. So sad that now I have to drive an extra 10 minutes to town center for a sourdough & Co sandwich in hopes for proper service.
Kaden was such a help! He got my sandwhcih out right away and said how happy he was for me to come to this location because they make the best sandwiches, he got me right my boi, give this man a raise
