We ordered a common and crunch and a white hot mocha and proceeded to wait for 20 minutes for our frozen drink after everybody that was behind us already received their drinks not one apology completely disregarding. instead of helping to get customers quickly satisfied, they just completely ignoring us. absolutely ridiculous.

Great! When I asked for light ice they made sure it was Light Ice! In the past, I went to other Starbucks and when I asked Light Ice they didn’t give me Light. Looked more like half the cup. Amazing place!

The downside is this location is fairly small--especially considering how popular it is! You'll still find all of the Starbucks favs here, but it might take awhile when it's busy. Getting a mobile order can be challenging because the size of the store doesn't really provide a layout that's conducive to tracking mobile orders. But the baristas are the stars, as usual. Shout out especially to Tyler, Jordan, Austin, and Jack who always greet me with a big light-up-the-world smile when they see me.
Nothing really special to add but this was a normal good quality Starbucks. We weren’t disappointed. Coffee was good. Service was good. If you like Starbucks you’ll be happy.

Been here twice - both times while shopping at Target. The staff is friendly and does their best, but you can tell this isn't a “real†Starbucks location. It may sound stupid to say it that way, but I feel you can often tell the difference between Starbucks corporate stores and those (such as this one) that are franchise operations - usually inside a larger store or mall. In any event, I got the the drink I wanted and it was pretty fast - the service just wasn't as smooth as other Starbucks stores.
