5/20/23Needed a pick me up while shopping at target and stopped to use my star rewards for this favorite beverage of mine.4 shot espresso Frappuccino with caramel drizzle please! They don't accept pre-orders through the app so you do have to wait in line to order and pick up. Not sure why this location has such horrific reviews but assumed most are from before the remodel. Our experience today was not perfect but above average. 2 people behind counter at 11:00 on Saturday. Greeted and thanked. Not with a smile but at least received the welcome and thanks at the end.I would come here only if I happen to be shopping at target. Otherwise so many Starbucks extremely close by to do preorders and pick ups. Happy Saturday folks!

Only one person was ahead of me in line and then they walked away. I take my turn only to be told that it's going to be awhile because she has to load up 50 gift cards. They are always so slow here. I don't know why they only have 1 person at that counter.

Starbucks is always a good thing in my book! Starbucks inside Target in the El Dorado Hills Town Center is even better! Sipping my extra hot soy latte while "Tarjay" shopping is a joy! Yes, for sure one of my ways to relax can be a Sunday morning at Target to leisurely breeze through the new and refreshed home décor sections. Whether intent on finding a certain item or just window shopping knowing the Starbucks is right there to offer up whatever beverage and/or blueberry scone is nice and convenient! This particular Target went thru a major remodel a few months ago (or maybe longer...time flies, right?). The Starbucks Café was definitely included in the "sprucing up" renovation. Needless to say, someone did an excellent and thoughtful job of planning the updated Starbucks new look! Even sitting at one of the chairs/table now suited for personal comfort in the much larger, open-air area and just people watch...would be fun! I love it! No wonder the Baristas are so happy! What a nice place to work. Most I have encountered are people persons who enjoy meeting others. They seem to know how to create a great customer service experience and are up on the latest beverage! When it is busy I have witnessed them working as a team to step up their production. My latest encounter was with Vanessa on a quiet Monday. She was so very personable. And she passed along some information about Starbucks rewards of which I had been unaware. Thank you, Vanessa! I believe she said it was only her third day on the job. These are the quality employees who will be serving you at El Dorado Hills Town Center Target Starbucks! Lucky us! Cheers!

I stopped by because there was only one person in line and my husband texted me he wanted a sandwich. For the guy in front of me he just got a black coffee which took forever. I should've took that as a sign all I asked for was a sandwich and water. At this point there is six people behind me who all get their drinks before me. I finally ask for a water...again. I'm 7 and a half months pregnant and diabetic. I was wayyy over due for me to eat and I started experiencing the dizziness, cold sweaty feeling. I finally said "Do I have time to grab my stuff and come back?" She then said "what drink did you have?" Then I told her the sandwich her reply was "I'm sorry I'll put it in right now". I stormed off to grab my daughters milk then come back to find out they forgot about the sandwich. Not only did this trip cost me an effect on my blood sugar, but my sister was waiting in the car the whole time and she still has drive to Long Beach today. She was furious because it all took 30 minutes! Never coming back again.

I ordered the iced brown sugar oat milk. After like 30 minutes I drank about half. And then I got a super bad stomach pain. And then I puked non stop for an hour. I don't think they check the expiration dates. No bueno

Takes these people 3 times to make a simple 3 shot decaf caramel macchiato.
This review is for the customer service I received from the obese girl with short hair working in midshift. No "hi" or "how are you" or "have a good day". She didn't offer me my receipt or anything. I went to grab it when she walked away and she yelled at me! Super embarrassing and disappointing. I went to look at her name badge and she was hiding it. I still told her to have a good day though :( Please train your employees on customer service skills. It's very discouraging to be met with such coldness by an employee. I work in retail and I'd never speak to someone the way she did.

Great! When I asked for light ice they made sure it was Light Ice! In the past, I went to other Starbucks and when I asked Light Ice they didn’t give me Light. Looked more like half the cup. Amazing place!

Mobile order took over 25 min, I ended up canceling my order. Very very slow service and not very considerate about running behind.
