I come to SB multiple times a week and this store repeatedly has mobile order customers sit & wait for drinks, that are prioritized after walk-ins. Today I waited 20 minutes for one drink, while watching walk-ins come & go. At minimum, provide your customers a coupon for free drink on their next visit. This and Town Center need SB Corp coaching on Operations, because it is not the typical SB experience.
Great service at the Mesa location on Crossroads.

Despite some inconsistencies, the staff works hard to get food and drinks out in a timely manner, contributing to a positive experience overall.
