Jade is one of the most sweetest workers at this location.

How do they have the BEST, most personable people there? I was brand new to area, my first vistit ( had to leave my old Starbucks behind ) and it's like the old crew called ahead and told them to expect me!

I have to give this location a one-star rating ⭐️. I came in to work on my current project and intended to purchase a bag of Komodo Dragon coffee to take home, along with a dark roast coffee. However, an unfortunate incident occurred. I only had a $100 bill 💵 on me. The barista promptly informed me that they couldn't accept the $100 bill as they didn't have change available. I had $3 in smaller bills, but the coffee cost $3.45, and they refused to serve me without the additional 45 cents. Perhaps having the correct change would have helped in this situation? It seems reasonable to expect a Starbucks to have enough change by 10 am. They declined my $100 bill and proceeded with their tasks. One of the baristas suggested that I should use a card next time, which left me surprised. The manager also mentioned that she didn't have a business card.

I asked them to make iced coffee with whipped cream. They did not comply with my request twice. They changed my drink several times and didn't do what I ordered.. I threw this drink away.

The people working here are weird cold and rude. And I have the evidence that they have LSD and Rohipnol in hand (certainly the managers and some workers .) They put some in my girlfriends Chai Tea one week ago .

The staff working here do not provide good service

Service was great and fast but forgot the bacon on my bacon, egg, and gouda sandwich. Was in a hurry on a quick break so I ate and left but pretty disappointed that 1 of the 3 ingredients were missed.

Service here is always amazing and outstanding. The drinks are always done just right.

Wheelchair accessibility: I am disabled and in a wheelchair and I have easy access and customers and workers are alway helpful!!

My team and visit probably 1-2 different Starbucks locations weekly throughout Sacramento and surrounding areas and come by daily. We take the time to come in and charge our electric compact segways, iPads, phones, etc. Usually getting some food, drinks and generally recharging after being on our feet. Unfortunately this very specific location doesn’t allow us to charge our segways or even allow them indoors. Other Starbucks locations have been much more accommodating to us. The staff seemed a little short with people in general. We really hope they’ll change their policy at this specific location!Also, one of the wall outlets completely pulls out and is an electrical hazard. This doesn’t play into my review, just a heads up for whoever needs to know.

Upon entering me and my friends were immediately shouted at to not charge our belongings inside the store as we have done many many times before. We felt unwelcome and it was unsettling to enter a star bucks we had been to many times before with our same needs and be shot down like
