A week ago I was desperate for the Medicine Ball from Starbucks to soothe an ailing wife’s sore throat. My local Starbucks that used to be open 24/7 near Kaiser hospital was closed. I called up this location to verify that they were open and hurried there. The manager and team refused to let me pay for my drinks. It was such a welcoming act of kindness in a world fraught with peril and 24/7 news cycle that does nothing but assault the senses with doom….this act of kindness was fresh and welcoming. You’ve earned a customer for life. Thanks again the ladies and gentlemen that were working that night. I so appreciated that!

Come there almost every week. Always ask to add cold foam on top. Didn’t get it last Friday (ordered online and got it through drive through) though I payed for it.

At 11:35 I placed my order for instore pickup, go there the doors were locked, so I’m standing there waiting for someone notice me, they all noticed they all looked at me and smiled, so I had to call the store to let them know about my order. I’m just not sure what was so funny?
