Really enjoyed the orange chicken tacos. 2 if the 3 that had the Mongolian bowl really liked them. One did not. The chicken was dry, overcooked. The won ton things were good. Sister absolutely love the rice. I thought The cucumbers were bland but all in all we enjoyed our lunch.
For better or worse, it is not what you might expect for a Mongolian BBQ place. I went with just their bowl for $15 and filled out a check list of different items I wanted, compared to the more usual pick up a bowl and pile on whatever you wanted yourself. The rest of the menu seemed to have a lot of different items for anyone to find something they like.I had ordered to go and didn't pay much mind to the bowl building and cooking process, but when I got home I found it was stuffed with some items I don't think I check marked on my order, which was a big bummer as I really didn't like that item, but I'm unsure if I errored or the store, overall not much of a big deal to pick out.It tasted pretty good, the meats were not the usual thin sliced pieces but cut up chunks, which I'd rather have the thin but was still good and tasted fresh. The amount of food they portion seems to be good.Overall, I don't think its what I'm looking for when I'm feeling "Mongolian bbq" but it was good. Prices feel a bit high but its also a pretty weird time to say something is "expensive". Local, tons of options, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Would probably go again if I was in Town Center and needing a lunch or dinner.
0/5 An odd twist to Mongolian BBQ. The place itself is nice and clean but the food was terrible. They should consider hiring proper cooks and some experienced staff. The staff seemed to all have deer in the headlights look when asked basic questions. I would definitely never come back and would never recommend to anyone. The previous establishment, though not as clean, was far superior.
Good food. Great customer service.
Super delish!!!!Definitely not what I would consider a Mongolian BBQ.But as someone who frequently goes to Mongolian a lot, I would confidently say that this concept is way better. I can finally take my wife who doesnt eat Mongolian because of how dirty it is!Thank you stick house.
the employees where great and friendly and the food was good and cannot wait to go again someday soon
Got the spicy Mongolian bowl and it was not bad. I liked the way they loaded up the veggies, but the bowl was a tad too oily and lacked distinct flavors. Love the décor of the restaurant especially the wallpaper showcasing diverse locale of China. Overall, a neat little place, but I'd prefer regular Chinese food.
Such a fun place to eat. Tacos are fantastic and completely addictive. Kinda hard to order the first go around because there is so much on the menu and so many options. Most of the bowls are big enough to share.Well worth a try you won’t be disappointed!
Overall Awesome place to dine at! if you like noodles, quirky named saki drinks and overall fun atmosphere then this place is for you!!!
This was the worst food I've ever eaten. We went thinking it was our normal Mongolian place we went (turns out they closed to COVID) and we thought we would give this a try. They no longer did self-serve and you had to buy overpriced meals instead. When we got our food, it was disgustingly burnt. All 6 of our party had the same experience with awful, burt food. The flavors of the dishes were also awful, drowning in suceces. We weren't the only ones with this experience, many other tables around us were complaining about the food and many left with togo boxes bacuse they couldn't finish their inedible food. We complained to the managerwho 1st said our experience was just because we had a bad bowl, something understandable, but all 6 of us and others had the same experience. When we told him this, he brushed it off and said that we could've told him earlier when he came around. At this time, we had not really had our food since we just got it and it was still too hot to eat. When we were done explaining our issues, he brushed them off and didn't try to help. We left hungry and disgusted and with our mouths tasting like ash.

This place is amazing. We had dinner and it was so good we didn’t want to stop eating. You will not be disappointed, the flavors are over the top!!! The staff was attentive and fast and beyond friendly. If you walked away from this place you made a big mistake. Support this local owned business and support the wonderful teenagers working their butts off. Thank you an amazing dinner and dining experience we will definitely be back!
Stick a fork in me! The menu had a ton of tasty trendy options so it takes a minute to choose but sticky ribs, crispy fries and the noodles bowl is the winners.
As with all restaurants their is always room for improvement but when it comes to Stick House. Hospitality, attentiveness, food presentation and quick service is on point. My wife loved your Christmas cocktails and crab nachos
My wife and I ordered Mongolian bowls. Customers choose a rice or noodle base, then add vegetable, meat, sauces, and other toppings from the menu. Staff, not the customers, portion these into a bowl and grill them. Half of my wife’s bowl was noodles, and my bowl was half brown rice, and they skimped on our meats. It's tasty rice, but the veggies were a bit overcooked. I ordered their spicy sauce, but my food was bland. Two bowls plus two fountain drinks cost us $45. That's a bit much. We did enjoy the bright, colored umbrellas hanging from the ceiling, but the music was American pop, not Asian, and too loud. In summary, there's nothing in our experience to recommend Stick House over a good Mongolian barbecue. Perhaps the "Street Food" on their menu is better, but we're not going to bother. I hope they correct their business model.
The staff was super friendly, someone checked on e a couple times to make everything was good.
