Unprofessional kids working in this establishment. Sat down to eat a meal and the kid comes dusting/mopping right in front of your table. There were still 30min before closing time. After requesting that he come back to clean in 5 min, kid completely ignores the request. Tells another customer who was waiting on her partner to get up from a table so he can clean. Pathetic customer service. Will not visit again.

Maybe it's the app/online ordering timer issue. Did a mobile order and after 25 minutes or so it said it was ready for pick up. Show up and it hasn't even started to be made. Then it's like I'm bothering the worker's or interrupting the line/register when I ask about my order. Does not matter how long it takes for the order, just needs to be accurate when its ready for pick up.

Just mobile ordered the bogo footlong deal because it’s such a great deal and I have had it at other locations and it’s amazing, but the sandwiches barely had anything on them at this location. I just Think if you’re paying $12 for a sandwich it should at least have enough ingredients for half the sandwich at minimum. It wasn’t worth the money, was soggy and I asked for it toasted it was not… just so many issues. Would not recommend.

The printed sign on the store door indicated it would close at 5:00 PM for the 4th of July holiday.However, the sign was later altered in handwriting to indicate an unexpected closure two hours earlier.An email notice of cancellation was too late and NOT sent until after I had already arrived at the store.My order # 58C80ASF-72 was NOT fulfilled.
Ordered a Mexicali sandwich for $15 that was supposed to have 2x the cheese and avocado slices. There's was only four slices of cheese and the avocado was brown and barely covered half the Sandwich. Why would I ever come here again when I could go to sourdough or beachut deli and pay the same price for a far superior sandwich.

Worst place ever for sandwich and salad. Filled only half bowl of salad with wilted and slimy greens and never cared to refill the container even after I pointed it out. I had to trash the salad to make sure no one gets sick.
