This location constantly turns off their online ordering system so you can't place your order ahead of time if you're a busy person with a schedule. They're definitely losing business, I just go to Taco Bell next door or McDonald's when they do it. Which is a lot.

Also more veggies than anything on paper thin meat.

I guess I can say this Subway was somewhat A Cut Above a lot of others that I visited. Fast, friendly service. They even told me about the app and how convenient it makes it to order and come in and pick it up and will be waiting in the pickup rack.

Unprofessional kids working in this establishment. Sat down to eat a meal and the kid comes dusting/mopping right in front of your table. There were still 30min before closing time. After requesting that he come back to clean in 5 min, kid completely ignores the request. Tells another customer who was waiting on her partner to get up from a table so he can clean. Pathetic customer service. Will not visit again.

Maybe it's the app/online ordering timer issue. Did a mobile order and after 25 minutes or so it said it was ready for pick up. Show up and it hasn't even started to be made. Then it's like I'm bothering the worker's or interrupting the line/register when I ask about my order. Does not matter how long it takes for the order, just needs to be accurate when its ready for pick up.

Just mobile ordered the bogo footlong deal because it’s such a great deal and I have had it at other locations and it’s amazing, but the sandwiches barely had anything on them at this location. I just Think if you’re paying $12 for a sandwich it should at least have enough ingredients for half the sandwich at minimum. It wasn’t worth the money, was soggy and I asked for it toasted it was not… just so many issues. Would not recommend.

Just spent 35 minutes trying to order online for pick up. Keeps refreshing the payment page. Fix your stupid website. Went to Togo's instead order time for Togo's took 45 seconds. Bye!

The printed sign on the store door indicated it would close at 5:00 PM for the 4th of July holiday.However, the sign was later altered in handwriting to indicate an unexpected closure two hours earlier.An email notice of cancellation was too late and NOT sent until after I had already arrived at the store.My order # 58C80ASF-72 was NOT fulfilled.
