This was very disturbing. Last night I placed a large online order. In my first burrito I took a bite and there was a rather large piece of plastic that was inside the burrito. It looks like a corner of a bag of some kind. I surely hope they do not tamper with the food in this location. I saved the plastic and will be contacting Taco Bell headquarters. Be warned.

Go to literally any other Taco Bell, this one morning or late shift, it doesn’t matter what time, always makes your order as terrible as possible, order a Crunchwrap? It’ll be folded like a burrito. Order a burrito without a topping? It will have that topping. One time I had an issue with an order right before they closed and the manager was supposedly working late and said he couldn’t help me unless I came back that night even though by the time I got home and inspected my order it was less than 5 minutes before they closed. The Taco Bell near 99 Ranch and Dollar Tree is so much better along with the Cameron Park one. Please just avoid this one specifically. I give them another chance hoping for their food preparation to have improved every couple months but I am always sadly disappointed. I would be a very frequent customer if they ever got any order correct. Ordered a coffee today and it somehow tasted like it had alcohol in it.

The employees are nice but the location is trash you can tell there is a manager or owner thar doesnt care. Ordered food online showed up and food wasnt ready, waited for 15 mins for my food to be ready all while and elderly man sat at the cash register waiting to ve helped, wasnt helped until a patron flagged down an employee. Finally got my food and my cup and there was no ice in the ice machine, I let the staff know and they gave me a cup of ice went to fill my drink and all of the syrups were out in the machine, literally carbonated water just coming out. Several other people were waiting so I left. This establishment needs to do better or hire people that care I get its fast food but come on your getting 20 bucks an hour starting

How to Build
I pulled up craving a Breakfast Crunchwrap, but apparently, the staff had other plans. My order took 25 minutes even though I was the only one in line. When I finally got my food, the Crunchwrap looked like it had survived a small earthquake, and my water somehow tasted like soda residue. The tacos were colder than than my toes when it is raining and I’m barefoot, and the sauce packets were missing entirely. If disappointment had a drive-thru, it would look exactly like this Taco Bell.
Food here is really good, workers are nice as well, minus 2 stars for the slowwwwwwwww service. Everytime I come I wait 15+ minutes for my food even when no1 is here !

Well, that was a one and done.
Ordered off the breakfast menu using the app. Not bad, fairly easy to do. I selected drive through. Got to the ordering station and gave my name, and my order details came up. So far, so good.
Then, it went downhill.
Got to the pickup window and was handed iced coffees. I had ordered hot. No biggie, easy to fix. I'm handed new drinks, shortly after that the rest of the order. I head back to the office.
I hand my wife her stuff, and get my own. First thing I do is take off the lid. I do that because I want my coffee to cool down.
That was not needed in this case.
The coffee was barley above room temperature. What. The... I won't finish because children might read this.
I'm not going back. We have a microwave. The bitterness of the coffee matched my feelings for this location.
The food, meh. A solid 2/3. Best I can say is I wasn't hungry afterwards.
I have no doubt I'll get Taco Bell again. It just probably won't be from this location, and it definitely will not be breakfast.

One of the worst Taco Bell’s I have been to and I have given it a lot of try’s as it is so close to my house. This location is always extremely slow in the drive-through and they forget some of my food almost every single time.

I spent 20 minutes waiting im the drive thru after paying for my order. Ordered a luxe box all the items were just thrown in the bag and when I got home realized I was missing my chicken chalupa. Tried to call them and see if I could come back and get it but received no answer.

Watched the guy making my food place energy drinks on the same surface he was preparing my food . The tortillas weren't even on the wrapper. Not only that it took 30 min just for them to reenbures me my money . Tables were dirty floor coverd in food scraps and trash
