The best selection of teas I've found in the greater area, and even with so many tasted, I've yet to find one that didn't fit the occasion.

It is not ok with me that I paid almost $13 plus a tip so your business got $15 from me. No drink and a single pack of loose leaf tea. The 1st drink was not good. I tried the remade drink and it was still not good sadly.
When I was told I would be charged again if I wanted a different drink all together I was a little bit disappointed but ok no big deal i just wanted a refund at this point so i dont walk out empty handed.. when I was told you dont give refunds you only will remake your drink i was deeply dissatisfied and dissapointed. What kind of business does not offer a refund for a dissatisfied experience or poor quality product . I was not going to spend more $$ on another drink when the 1st drink was not refunded nor consumed. Never heard of a dissatisfied customer told they cant get a refund for something they did not drink.
I walked out very dissapointed . Your response was even more dissapointing that this is how your customers are treated.

Naked grass skirt is my favorite drink! The girls that work at Tea Xotics are so friendly, so sweet and always have a smile on their face.

Just went in to shop with my little sister and it was fine. My only issue that runs me the wrong way is unlinked everyone else I’ve never been greeted. Others are asked if they need help before me . Don’t get me wrong. I love the shop itself but the service and people + experience today just ruined it for me.
I went to pay at the register and have recently been putting my number to get the points since I shop there often. There was a customer I. Front of me who purchased something . I’m not tech savvy so I didn’t know I HAD to clear out the previous order??? Anyways I went to put my phone number so I can get the points for my second purchase in there and got yelled at by the cashier. She yelled and said “did you just take her points ?!” Repeatedly .
I think just letting me know KINDLY that I took the points would’ve been fine not getting yelled at, she automatically assumed I stole the points.
Either way, if you are a POC if skip this store, there has been multiple cases in which I was ignored at this store. And to the girl. Do better. We’re about the same age.

And no I don’t automatically assume everyone is racist if they’re rude. But the underlying issues she had with me showed. And to everyone, having black friends doesn’t make you not racist.
I didn’t think I’d have to write a review I don’t find any use in it. But if this helps someone from feeling as horrible as I did walking out I will. It’s just upsetting automatically being seen as stealing over something so small and trivial.

Grass Skirt Matcha is yummy! They have specialty salts, vinegars (balsamic, white, red), and olive oils (garlic, rosemary, thyme), mixes for salads or marinades, and so much more!! It’s more than tea and coffee! Very relaxing atmosphere 🤩

Very happy to have a shop like this around my home, I do hope they continue to focus on the adaptogenic, more valuable herbs, rather than flavored standard teas, such as valerian root blends, but so far I'm loving this place and spending way too much money here :D

Excellent excellent teas and selection.

The tea is good. But don't bother calling, leaving voicemails, sending emails, sending direct messages, or leaving your contact info for the owner. No one cares enough about you to return your messages. it's been about a month of all that. What a shame. Long time but former customer now.

The Daily Detox tea id so good! Great customer service and fast shipping too.

This place is a little gem in Town Center. Excellent selection of teas, and super friendly staff.

Just spent $40.00 on what was supposed to be real Chai and its literally nothing but cardamom. I dumped it in the bowl to see if the tea was buried in the bottom, but no.. it's like maybe crumbles of what looks like lipton mixed in. I bought other teas as well, but did not open yet.
