Teaspoon Boba

This place has so many wonderful 'classics' that you would find at other Boba places, but they have such wonderful spins! a matcha latte with strawberry? That's great, but how about strawberry marmalade instead of syrupy stuff? So delicious! The music playing is not overly loud or distracting. The shop is clean and tidy! The wonderful woman behind the counter was very kind!

Cute place. Great menu. My drink was tasty. Nice kids working here. 10/10 ?

They need air conditioning. It’s a sauna in there.

I went here thinking it’s a coffee shop too but it’s not pretty much only boba. They serve one type of coffee which is a nitro cold brew so I gave it a shot. There was someone ordering at the register so I used the self kiosk and another worker was assisting from behind counter. Since I really wanted something with coffee she helped me choose the ube nitro cold brew which was great. I’m sensitive to caffeine so she reduced the amount of coffee and sweetness. I’d like to go back and try just their other choices!

This is the 3 rd time my wife had an issue with the service here. This time I came in with her and the kids. Empty with just one worker in the back. She looked at us and looked away. Didn’t bother to say hi welcome etc. I noticed a self serve kiosk. We waited assuming she would come ask us something but no. Then I walked. Loser and asked her if I should order from kiosk and if that is easier for her. She walked in the back saying yet order from there. So we started an order. She never came back to the front. Was sweeping or mopping. It wa 8:30. Tuesday 08/27 just close at 8:00!!

The last two times my wife came she said others got there drink before her. She had to wait over 15 minutes for a drink. And she gave a tip which I don’t understand.
Another time they messed up in the order giving her a milk tea instead of Thai iced. It was someone else’s. She gave the Thai ice tea to a friend who worked nearby.. you should check your staff- they might want this place to closed down. No other reason for such horrible service. Fire them.. it would do them a favor and you

I love boba and this is the place I recommend because they never mess up your order and they are very quick also I had an experience were I ordered the wrong thing and the person working the made me a new one I for sure recommend it it so good

This cute clean shop is full of wonderful floral notes and sweets. Tea is delicious and can be made to your sweetness liking.

the worst tea I've ever had, I ordered three drinks using an app where I get several drinks, but I'm not supposed to know what kind of drinks they should be, the employee who served me took the order and I heard him tell his colleague not to do anything , just pour tea, in the end I received three regular green teas (not sweet, without boba and without ice) and then when I was indignant about this (I always bought drinks through this app and this was the first time) they got rude to me and ran away and I couldn’t say to her anything

This place makes awesome drinks!! So many selections to choose from we couldn't decide! I love that we can order from the kiosk. Great customer service. The place was clean and well decorated. Definitely will come back again and have them cater to our business meetings!!

The drink i had was super yum, it was a mango drink. Stopped by while out shopping, service was excellent and drink was super yummy. My bestie had the use coffee and she said it was yummy as well.

When my husband gets his hair cut next door, I head over to Teaspoon for a drink.Today's visit will be my last because of Ilene.My husband finished his hair cut next door and came over looking for me. I mentioned that his haircut was quicker than my drink. He waited with me for five more minutes. If a haircut is done before a drink at Teaspoon is done, that speaks for itself. I asked Ilene about my drink because three customers who came after me received their drinks. She was rude. Yeah, you're busy, but there was no excuse for you to snap and give attitude. Ilene needs to get out of customer service if she's going to snap when customers follow up on their order. Recognize that you messed up, apologize, own it, do whatever it is you need to do, and rectify the mistake. If you're going to act like an a-hole, then you need to do something else with your life. I noticed Ilene giving the lady ahead of me an attitude because she asked about a mango drink, so I ordered from the kiosk. If she hates her job, she needs to leave because she is the reason this business is losing customers. Do better, Ilene.Drinks average $8-10 bucks. I have received great customer service on visits before (even though it took a minute to get my drink on those occasions as well, there was no issues) but today's visit with Ilene, I will not return.

Great spot for refreshing drinks. We ordered guava sunset and couldn't try the boba as they ran out. Lychee jelly was good pairing with it.

Bathroom needs attention to be fix and maintain.They don’t have lots of selection for meals like popcorn chicken - mozzarella sticks- garlic fries. Etc.Drinks are prepared uniquely depending on how you like it. It’s easier to do it customized using their menu app or kiosks.“There’s always room for improvement”
