A very rude girl works. I wouldn't want to visit this place anymore.

Very bad experience at Teaspoon today The girl at the front counter was extremely rude , no hello, no smile, just attitude like we were getting drinks for free. She didn’t give me a receipt, and on top of that she made a very bad drink. Staff here really need to learn how to talk to customers and treat people with respect. It felt very unwelcoming, and I will never go back. I’ll stick with the Folsom location instead.

While I appreciate the tasty beverages your establishment offers, I've unfortunately experienced order inaccuracies on two out of my three visits. This has been frustrating, as the enjoyment of the drink is diminished when it's not made correctly. My main concern is that when I request modifications to a standard menu item, it seems the details of the changes are sometimes overlooked.

Regarding the taro chunks in the Taro Lover drink, I found them to be an unexpected addition and not to my personal preference. Additionally, if a customer chooses to omit these and select a different add-in, it would be a more positive experience if there weren't an additional charge for the substitution. In my experience at other milk tea bars, taro chunks aren't a common default inclusion, and this distinction could be clearer.

Unfortunately, due to these recurring issues with order accuracy and the specific challenge with the Taro Lover drink customization, I will not be returning.

They make really good boba!

Teaspoon is truly a local gem! My favorite spot to visit in town center. They have a great selection of drinks, treats and the staff is always so kind! Couldn’t recommend them more!

They don't have winter melon tea or chai tea. The employee behind the counter said that every once those or they never have them. I just walked out. Have what your customers want!

Honestly my drink wasn't made how its supposed to come and the employee wasn't very helpful or friendly.

They ran out of drink addons which I paid for, when I said to replace it with boba which is even cheaper than what I paid for, she was not happy to do it(clearly visible on her face lol, I am asking for what I paid. I am not asking you to pay or give it for free)
Drink was not that great too, Never coming again !!!! (I even tipped for drink 😭)

umm this place is delish! Just moved here from Orange County where we have Boba GALORE and was so happy that we found a good boba spot nearby. The Dirty Ube with boba is amazing and I love the strawberry matcha milk tea (I alwaysss add boba!) Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.
