There is more bell pepper on my burger than in my burger

Sometimes I just want a fresh sandwich made to order that won't break the bank. Better yet, I want to enjoy it in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. And am I asking too much to throw in n good customer service. Well TOGO's in El Dorado Hills (EDH) fits the bill. This unassuming location is tucked away in the northern part of EDH town center.

The sandwich meat is pretty tasty and the fixings always look and taste fresh. They offer sandwich specials of a regular (6 inch) size sandwich and a regular size fountain drink for $10.50. The special is only offered Monday-Friday showcasing a different type each day. I like that they a mini sandwich size is offered. A mini is 3 inches (half of a regular) for about $5.50. Perfect nosh-ing size to tide me over. They have four breads choices: wheat, white, Parmesan and sourdough. Yum. But I am not sure if a gluten free option is available.

Plus the shop shares the interior space with Pinkberry yogurt. There are two separate counters for each business.

In my opinion, it's always a good sandwich spot, even though the food is a little pricey. The service was good too.

This place is my go to when I need to carb up and more importantly need protein. The sandwiches are large and the staff is very generous on the meat/protein portions. Everyone is super friendly and I always have an enjoyable experience when visiting.

Togo's is ok, but not my favorite. I used to love their hot pastrami back in the day.
