Stopped for quick bite. Service and the pizza were both good. The pizza came with salad which was a nice touch.

Excellent wood fired "real" Italian pizza. Nice atmosphere in the historic building. Good fast service, great for a stop on your lunch break.

This is a nice wood fired pizza place. The food was delicious. We ordered 4 pizzas between 4 people each with their own favorite but all agreed they were all delicious. They also had a different (unique?) selection of beer (ale?) that we enjoyed.

Absolutely delighted with the wood-fired pizza at this place! The crust was perfectly crisp, toppings fresh and flavorful, and the smoky aroma added a delightful touch. Exceptional service and cozy ambiance make it a top-notch experience. A must-try for pizza enthusiasts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time here. Won’t be the last. Rainy Friday in February midday for lunch and the big front doors were closed so first thought was the place was closed. To our delight open and crowded. Carnivoro pizza was delicious. Birra Nursia Extra spectacular.

Great old building with original stone wall showing. Place is named for a province in Italy and they serve beer made at the monastery in the province - only place on the west coast you can get it. The pizza is great - thin crust Sicilian style. Some amazing choices. Can get busy, but worth it.

Not a typical pizza place. They have a lot of pride in their menu and a unique selection of beer and wine. The beautiful rustic oven and layout is all focused on one thing- the pizza. The menu while offering a few classics, does a nice job of bouncing around familiar combinations with some twists/ingredients here and there such as brocolini, olives or truffle that may sound out to place but make sense in what feels like an authentic old world restaurant in El Dorado.

Pizzas are delicious, but they can take a long time to arrive. We have dined in twice. Once on a Saturday night when they had a full restaurant, so we didn't expect our order to come out quickly, but we got really hungry after waiting over 1.5 hours. We really liked their pizzas, so we gave them another try on a weeknight. They had customers at two other tables, but they were done eating. Unfortunately, we still had to wait an hour for our order. It looked like they were busy with takeouts. We wish they would warn customers of extended wait time.
