Never had a chance to eat. Went to try it out last night. Heard good and bad. We were seated. Then ignored. While looking at the menu 2 other tables were seated near us. Both tables were approached by the server within 2 or 3 minutes. We continued to be ignored. Too bad I am a VERY GOOD TIPPER! That server lost some money. Ill never return.

We stopped at Poor Red’s for lunch after wine tasting and it totally hit the spot. Super casual and fun atmosphere, great service, and the food came out fast (which is a huge win when you’ve got kids). The BBQ and burgers were amazing, and the kids were happy with their meals too. It’s definitely got that old-school Gold Country vibe, loud, lively, and full of locals. We sat outside on the patio, and it was perfect for families. My husband grabbed one of their famous Gold Cadillacs, and I had a margarita that was way better than I expected. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

I love the place. The pulled pork sandwich is delicious I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture. I also had the Gold Cadillac. Good food, good drinks and a fun atmosphere.

Good is 'bar food'. Guys working the bar are amazing, fast, friendly, all around awesome. The entire bar promotes gathering and friendly atmosphere. Fun place to be!

Bigger place than you expect walking up, the old original building with expansion and outdoor patio seating. Nice selection of beers, indoor and outdoor bars. Ribs weren't a fully smoked BBQ, but oven made with sauce, but alright. Macaroni with bacon was nice. Probably stick to the wait staff recommended burgers is good choice.
