We arrived at midnight and they did not let us in because they said it was closed (although the hours say open til 2am). However, there were a lot of people inside (all Asian) and while we were leaving another group came in. Our group was Hispanic/white so we felt discriminated and certain that is why we were rejected. Unfortunate that they did not take our business.
Apologies for not taking any photos but trust me when I say that the owner really cares about the dishes he puts out. As a sushi chef, he is a kind man who cares about the opinions of his customers. My sister and I decided to try the place out and we're pleasantly surprised by the kindness and the taste of the food.As for food, we ordered some sushi rolls, sashimi, and sashimi salad. We came here with a group of friends after work and they denied us. The security guard was rude, he said that the only way we could enter was if we had a reservations and they only time we had to reserve was at 5pm. We walked up at 9:30pm and he said we could only reserve if we spoke Mandarin, we had someone who spoke mandarin in our group and they did not allow her to talk to management.
