I went there recently to see what was the hype about since an Influencer post about it, sadly this influencer hyped it up a bit too much...
We got there, waited about 30 mins in line in the cold, when we were about to order I was trying to get something hot cause the cold weather, they said they only serve hot beverage in the morning... I'm like come on now you gotta have it throughout the day cause of this cold weather and on top of it the seating area is wide open, no indoors to eat.
I wouldn't drive all away here for some burgers cause they are just meh burgers, I would just go to in-n-out for next time.
so if you want to stay in line in the cold for some meh burgers be my guess.

Glad to see Art's is back after their unfortunate incident over a year ago. The community has responded and has come through in large numbers since they opened back up about a week ago. The wait on a Sunday afternoon by drive-thru was about 30-45 minutes, I'm sure it will die down after a while, but in the meantime, you will be waiting for a bit.
Ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and onion rings and a grilled cheese. The burger was just ok, the grilled cheese was a bit underwhelming, but the onion rings and fries were VERY cold. I live about 5 minutes away from their location and by the time I got home, they were pretty cold.
Hopefully they can get things a bit more dialed in a bit because it feels like they're overwhelmed at the moment. I personally wouldn't wait that long again until the crowds die down.

El Monte's 'hole-in-wall' burger joint will have you coming back for more! Tasty burgers & gorgeous breakfast burritos are a must. Big John & Little John are your breakfast burritos buddies. Locals of all sizes, shapes, ages or color go to Art's. Burgers on sundays & wednesdays are special priced. The Legion Auditorium is long gone but this classic is going strong. Orale!!

The joint looks similar to In-n-out and cheap prices like it too. The breakfast burritos are good. They have a small and large version. Small is good enough for those with smaller appetites. The chili cheese fries are too! I like supporting local businesses so I’d recommend anyone try this place. It’s a fast food joint so greasy is normal.
