THESE PEOPLE WOULD DISCRIMINATE YOU IF YOU ARE OF COLOR!! I went in the other day to get spring rolls and three baguettes and I ate my spring rolls and while I waited for my baguettes and I realized I threw away my receipt. I went up to them and had told them that I ordered the baguettes but threw him a receipt, but had the proof of receipt and date on my Apple wallet. They made such a big deal out of nothing and I even told them to ask the lady that rung me up and then seemed confused as if she had never rung me up. They were OK with the proof from my Apple wallet that I had paid, but once I picked up my baguettes, I went to my car which was parked right in front of the store and one of the workers came running to me as I was backing up and still ask for my receipt when I had showed proof that I paid, but threw away my receipt and I really did ask if they really thought I was stealing and he stood quiet and I told him that I’ve showed the proof of receipt especially to him when he was the one that kept asking me where my receipt was, and I felt like some type of way because why are they running up to my car when I showed the receipt through my phone when I accidentally threw it away while I eat my three spring rolls. It’s like they never saw me eating my food INSIDE THE STORE and probably thought I was stealing which I wasn’t. I have a friend who is Asian descent and she told me that they never asked her for the proof of receipt even when she did the exact same thing but because she’s a Asian descent, it’s OK.

Food is good but the workers are super rude. Today while there i grabbed my already made food from their counter and their hot hold. I grabbed a fried rice plate from their hot hold and the one behind it fell out after i took mine out. I apologized out of courtesy and while being charged they told me it was my fault that i will have to pay for it. Their hot hold is at an angle so that when you grab an item the rest slide down. So when they told me to pay for it i told them no it was my fault… they acted like they didnt understand and continued to try to charge me for the fallen plate of food. I told them no and then stoppd and said i was just not gonna take anything and walked out. So buyer beware! When grabbing food from the hot hold and if it slides out due to its angle they will try to get nasty and charge you…. There is 2 other BMCs close by might wanna avoid this one and go there instead

I've been coming here for food since 2016 so this is a review that is long overdue.
Pros: They serve decent fast food/take out style Vietnamese food at affordable prices. Prices had risen due to inflation but that is to be expected.
Cons: The service can be all over the place. Expect to deal with unenthusiastic staff, language barriers and sometimes slow services.

Good Vietnamese food at great prices. Wife and I consistently eat here for under $20 all in. Sandwiches and soups are very good. Don't forget to take some of their French bread home, you can use it for everything!

Egg rolls were decent but unfortunately my banh mi came out super stale and there's no crunch at all like it's been sitting out all day. I really wanted to bring it back in and get a replacement but didn't bother. There's a lot of good BMC Pho in the SGV so they better get it together before losing business to other shops that actually have great banh mi
Everything is very dirty the spoon plastic things I don’t know the name but they are never properly washed and always have something on it also, on the metal table where they have snacks it is very dusty and the tables are never clean, when I go in the morning there is always left over food on the tables

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE !!!! Super rude super unprofessional ! Has no sign if you jeed to pay 10$ for apple pay minimum at least have a sign ! All of then run around like a chicken with no head no pun indented ! No smiling no interaction just horrible and dont even get me started on coffee I asked for a V coffee and got literally ice !! And barely any coffee I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO COME HERE AT ALL SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE or at least be at least nicer and more organized worst 30 minute lunch break i had and to have to write on my lunch !! Horrible do not come here
