Great food and selection, at an amazing price! You canât beat this place in terms of quality & value. More of a âhole in the wallâ place, but also a nostalgic retro throwback to the âgood old daysâ, when you can still purchase a decent Pho Noodle soup and/or a Banh-Mi meal (with a boba milk-tea or coffee drink) for a reasonable price; reminiscent of the pre-covid, pre-inflation and (sadly) pre-governmental tariffs of the current peculiar times.

So I went in today and saw a cashier making a banh mi at the counter and asked if they have any rice kanji for sale. She was by herself in the front and there was two customers in the store waiting for their food. She said they only have a certain type and I said okay go ahead and give me two orders of it. She then yell out to the chefs in the back two orders of that rice kanji and ask me to wait for it. After ONE HOUR of waiting, I came up to check how much longer would it take and she said she never put the order in and asked if I paid. Mind you she was the only cashier present up front and I have already put in the order. Then she said I cannot blame her because it's not right. I was livid at this point. Did this lady have dementia or did she simply consumed too much MSG? If the store policy was to pay first then ring me up right after. To not even acknowledge who I am when I came up to ask is ridiculous. I will never give them another dollar again. One star is too high for this type of service.
Parking: Decent parking.

Typical Vietnamese fast food spot. They have good daily specials and while they are occasionally slow (glacial at times) the price is right and the portions are decent.
Additionally they do cater, so if you want some of those egg rolls, banh mi sandwiches, fried rice etc for a dinner party; go ahead and call it in.
TL:DR great spot when you're craving Vietnamese food and when the sit down restaurants are too far or closed. Mediocre at best.

Ping Liangzheng has a lot to choose from, and the main reason is that the price is good, so there are a lot of people, no matter breakfast, lunch or evening, it is a sea of ââpeople. It can be said that there is a constant flow of people every day. On average, you have to queue for 10 to 15 minutes every time. If you are lucky, you can get a lot of Vietnamese specialties in 5 minutes. Although the food and drinks are not super delicious, the price and quality are acceptable.
Dietary restrictions: Mainly Vietnamese beef noodles and French bread sandwich flavors
Parking: Except during busy hours, when it is difficult to find a parking space, there are plenty of parking spaces available at other times.
