Typical Vietnamese fast food spot. They have good daily specials and while they are occasionally slow (glacial at times) the price is right and the portions are decent.

Ping Liangzheng has a lot to choose from, and the main reason is that the price is good, so there are a lot of people, no matter breakfast, lunch or evening, it is a sea of people. It can be said that there is a constant flow of people every day. On average, you have to queue for 10 to 15 minutes every time. If you are lucky, you can get a lot of Vietnamese specialties in 5 minutes. Although the food and drinks are not super delicious, the price and quality are acceptable.

You can’t beat this place in terms of quality & value. More of a “hole in the wall” place, but also a nostalgic retro throwback to the “good old days”, when you can still purchase a decent Pho Noodle soup and/or a Banh-Mi meal (with a boba milk-tea or coffee drink) for a reasonable price; reminiscent of the pre-covid, pre-inflation and (sadly) pre-governmental tariffs of the current peculiar times.
