Always get the buy two get one sandwich deals. The 🥖 baguettes are fresh and tasty and the meats are thin and soft melts in the mouth. The teriyaki chicken with rice plate is large and very filling. Their 🐄 Pho is pretty good too, the broth soup is really light and good flavor. The desserts are not too sweet, all good.
TLDR: if you have allergy and want to live, dont eat here. They will gaslight you for their wrongness.
Went to this location today. Ordered an egg banh mi. Requested for NO CARROTS, extra cilantro and jalapeno. Lady said ya ya ya. Order came out, it has the whole pickles and carrots. Talked to them, lady said I was in the wrong for not requesting it and want extra pickles she said. I had to remind her that I did tell her that I don’t want carrots and I did ask some extra CILANTRO AND JALAPENO.
She gave me attitude and told me to sit down.
She brought me back the banh mi - but instead of making me a new one, she just took away what she could.
Luckily I opened the banh mi before I eat it because I have carrots allergies. It still have carrots in it. I gave the banh mi to a relative so it wont be wasted. But this is unacceptable. I could have gotten serious allergy attack.

It's a nice place to grab some delicious egg rolls, and a good Banh Mi. Prices are good, you can get a pretty good amount for a relatively low price. The sandwiches are good size.
An affordable tasty option of Vietnamese food in an unlikely area. The weekly deals are solid and filling. A great place for the community. The bahn mis can be put on a French roll or a baguette. I would also recommend the iced coffee. Popular at lunch time on weekdays.
Parking: There's a medium sized public lot shared by all the businesses in the strip mall.

I’ve been a loyal BMC customer for years, the one on Peck road, the one on Valley Blvd and the ones on Alahambra and Monterrey Patk they are all fine in my book. Back when they opened this lower Azusa location they had couple of nice employees, but of course they are no longer there. The bad and rude service is been going on for years. And what’s the deal with permanently removing the beef stew pho?! And very often they do not have either the french rolls or the baguettes. Very disappointing to say that this location is the one closest to me.

An Oasis in a desert. This place was a Godsend and Blessing when you needed something cool to drink and something quick to eat. TEA IS BOGO FREE as of now and it's really close to the EV station my family needed to go to. Thank you for your restaurant!
Delicious Vietnamese dishes are served here. And the price is surprisingly cheap for being in Los Angeles in particular and the US in general. I came back everyday just to enjoy Bún Bò Huế. This place has the best Bún bò Huế in the whole USA , as well as the cheapest. I literally come back here almost everyday just to eat that dish.
