The birria was good, the service was more or less but it is not a very clean place, the kitchen should be cleaner
The best birria in the San Gabriel Valley, Aguascalientes style.

Great food, tastes just like original calvillo México. The bowl is huge I was struggling to finish my food. But I do miss it. It is so delicious the only bad thing is they only work with cash, which is not even bad because they can maintain their prices low. I definitely was satisfied with my birria, flan, soda and churro for a bit less the the 20. I left stuffed. There isnplentybparking available just behind the building itself.

10/10... remembering my Aguascalites, Ags! ?
It's not even birria, it's more like a broth of goat. I don't know where they're from but what I ate there is not birria, it's like goat cooked in broth, Jalisco-style birria is good, anyway, my mistake, I won't go again, please stop calling that goat broth birria, even he gave me a splash
As if I were in my land Long live Aguascalientes!!! Long live
Very good very good

I threw the majority of the carne asada tacos away because the meat wasn’t drained. It had so much oil in the meat that the tortillas wore soggy by time I got home and dripping oil. The meat definitely lacked flavor so I added some of my own but after a few bites it tasted like a mixture of carne asada and ground beef….not only that you can always see the chunks of asada in tacos this has more of a ground beef look, taste, and flavor to the meat so I tossed it out…..seriously a waste of $15. I will never eat here again. The bag of cilantro, onions, and lemons were tossed in 1 small bag but the cilantro had so much turned green that I didn’t feel comfortable adding it the meat. Next time I will stick with El Taco Man they seem to be the only spot to season the meat, drain it, and the condiments are always fresh. I never question their quality of their food. I could have went there and spent way less. SMH lesson learned.
Was not a fun of their birria. Was not impressed. Didn’t come with rice nor beans. The salsa they give for the side is not the actual birria salsa they use at other places.
