The burritos are good but not for the price. From $4.95 to $5.45 is just a little too much. 4 years ago they were $3.00. Inflation has really gone up for this establishment that gets the ingredients from Mexico. Which inflation has not gone up as much in Mexico. I could get a similar or better burrito in Tijuana when I cross the border in the mornings for breakfast for 37mxn pesos each, which is close to 2 dollars. I hope for the best for this place but I won't be returning any time soon.

Burritos La Palma in El Monte is a gem! Their Zacatecas-style burritos are small but pack a huge punch. The handmade flour tortillas are some of the best around. The staff was super friendly, and the place has a cozy, no-frills vibe that feels authentic. Prices are great for the quality—definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area! 5 stars!

So I did 2 burritos thinking I could eat one later, had no idea they would be tiny. Oh well I’ll ask the guy who recommended this place what to order next time if I bother to go back.

First of all, love the size of these burritos. It allows you to try a couple and not be too full. Second, the burritos are amazing! Really tasty. The flour tortillas make them complete. I recommend the deshebrada.
