The burritos are good but not for the price. From $4.95 to $5.45 is just a little too much. 4 years ago they were $3.00. Inflation has really gone up for this establishment that gets the ingredients from Mexico. Which inflation has not gone up as much in Mexico. I could get a similar or better burrito in Tijuana when I cross the border in the mornings for breakfast for 37mxn pesos each, which is close to 2 dollars. I hope for the best for this place but I won't be returning...
Burritos La Palma in El Monte is a gem! Their Zacatecas-style burritos are small but pack a huge punch. The handmade flour tortillas are some of the best around. The staff was super friendly, and the place has a cozy, no-frills vibe that feels authentic. Prices are great for the quality—definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area! 5 stars!
