The service is really bad. Even when it's close to empty, they take a long time to come take your order and then so much longer to get your food. I only went back because it's near my home. But I wouldn't go back again.

Waitress was too busy talking to the managers & when she finally took our order she was alright but then she gave me the chocolate pancake puppies when I asked for the strawberry which comes with icing, when I let her know this she said oh that's all we have so I asked for it to be taken off our bill, she snatched the plate from our table and stormed off without saying a word then didnt return at all. The manager came by and asked how the food was and we said okay, paid and left. Customer service is key to being a waitress & how hard is it to be kind ?? Would have been so easy to say "sorry we dont have the strawberry would you like to try the chocolate?" Or "I'm sorry about that I'll take these back" mind you there were 3 tables seated in the whole place

Came in at about 3:30pm to only two customers (me and one other couple). The entire place was empty however it took 5 minutes to have someone seat me and my partner. After they asked for our drinks it took approximately 10 min to have the server walk back and tell us they didn't have the drink we wanted and asked for us to switch it. After we switched we waited another 10 min for them to come back and give us our drinks and take our order. When the food was delivered it was over cooked and really salty to the point it killed my Appetite. I don't recommend you go to this location anymore, this location use to be worth your time but now not so much. Save your money, the prices increased but the customer service and food hasn't increased in quality.

Cold sandwich. Pancakes were just cooked but not my sandwich. I had a Cali Melt Didn’t like my Cali melt ‘cause it wasn’t warm at all and it’s containers top was my proof cause it wasn’t watery from it the steam it’s warmth would’ve given from waiting for my pick up. NO BUENO…

The food here was well worth the trip. The burger and french fries starters were a highlight and both main courses were also very good. The deserts were also delicious and this was great value for 35 Euros . The service was very good and we were made to feel welcome . I would definitely recommend

Te place is very nice, excellent customer service. I enjoyed my breakfast too much! What I ordered was a stack of cinnamon roll pancakes and it had a good flavor, I also ordered a strawberry milkshake as a drink, it was delicious, very good experience.

The place is great!! They have excellent service. Considering that your hospitality is great, waiters care about the customer it is undoubtedly one of the best places I have visited and let's not say something exquisite food!! Mara villa especially the Double cheeseburger burger is to die for, I really was happily fed and would not hesitate to go back one of the best experiences.

Everything has turned out perfect in this restaurant that we went to on the recommendation of a friend. The attention received by all the staff, the presentation of the dishes, the times, all fantastic. The breakfast options along with the burgers were what got me, plus the double burger. All at reasonable prices. Highly recommended, without a doubt.

Can you see the Mosquito? ? When I asked for another cup of water, they just dumped some of the water out. And gave me back the same glass. How do I know it was the same glass? I made markings on the glass, with a little bit of Butter. And t was the same cup..

This place is great! Excellent customer service especially in comparison to dennys on san fernando and fletcher (that dennys took a long time to acknowledge my existence) the waiter here seated us right away and refilled our drinks without us asking offered help throughout, and made a good experience, a great one. Considering i only find myself at dennys at absurd hours (3-5am) i think i can appreciate the wholesome hospitality even moreso since most other places are upset when you show up at those hours! Also I enjoyed my food! My favorite part was the chicken addiction bowl that had chicken, mushrooms, brocolli, chicken alfredo sauce, and it came with garlic bread. Good portion, i was happily fed and would not mind going again and again and again.

Dennys El Monte has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Waited 5 minutes to be seated then another 20 for waitress to bring us coffee that had someone else lipstick on the cup. Do not eat there, possible covid spreader.
