So after going to the one in hacienda heights and waited over 30 minutes to for sitting, still decide to give Denny's chance to a big surprise this place was closed not sure if is out of business or just decide to closed for the day

The service is really bad. Even when it's close to empty, they take a long time to come take your order and then so much longer to get your food. I only went back because it's near my home. But I wouldn't go back again.

Waitress was too busy talking to the managers & when she finally took our order she was alright but then she gave me the chocolate pancake puppies when I asked for the strawberry which comes with icing, when I let her know this she said oh that's all we have so I asked for it to be taken off our bill, she snatched the plate from our table and stormed off without saying a word then didnt return at all. The manager came by and asked how the food was and we said okay, paid and left. Customer service is key to being a waitress & how hard is it to be kind ?? Would have been so easy to say "sorry we dont have the strawberry would you like to try the chocolate?" Or "I'm sorry about that I'll take these back" mind you there were 3 tables seated in the whole place

We showed up on 6/23 evening 10pm. There was 1 guy handling check in, kitchen and serving. Absolutely amazing service. Friendliness, attentiveness and food was great. I would return to this Denny's without hesitation.

Came in at about 3:30pm to only two customers (me and one other couple). The entire place was empty however it took 5 minutes to have someone seat me and my partner. After they asked for our drinks it took approximately 10 min to have the server walk back and tell us they didn't have the drink we wanted and asked for us to switch it. After we switched we waited another 10 min for them to come back and give us our drinks and take our order. When the food was delivered it was over cooked and really salty to the point it killed my Appetite. I don't recommend you go to this location anymore, this location use to be worth your time but now not so much. Save your money, the prices increased but the customer service and food hasn't increased in quality.

Cold sandwich. Pancakes were just cooked but not my sandwich. I had a Cali Melt Didn’t like my Cali melt ‘cause it wasn’t warm at all and it’s containers top was my proof cause it wasn’t watery from it the steam it’s warmth would’ve given from waiting for my pick up. NO BUENO…

Te place is very nice, excellent customer service. I enjoyed my breakfast too much! What I ordered was a stack of cinnamon roll pancakes and it had a good flavor, I also ordered a strawberry milkshake as a drink, it was delicious, very good experience.

The place is great!! They have excellent service. Considering that your hospitality is great, waiters care about the customer it is undoubtedly one of the best places I have visited and let's not say something exquisite food!! Mara villa especially the Double cheeseburger burger is to die for, I really was happily fed and would not hesitate to go back one of the best experiences.

Everything has turned out perfect in this restaurant that we went to on the recommendation of a friend. The attention received by all the staff, the presentation of the dishes, the times, all fantastic. The breakfast options along with the burgers were what got me, plus the double burger. All at reasonable prices. Highly recommended, without a doubt.

It has excellent customer service, in other places they make me very late, the staff of He attends us immediately and is very attentive, he offered us help at all times. I also enjoyed the food! Especially the chicken addiction bowl which had chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, chicken alfredo sauce and came with garlic bread. I loved the place so much that I want to come back again and again.

I went into this denny's without checking the reviews and to my surprise when I did check the reviews they were all negative, however the service and food I was serve were amazing. Server Wendy S. was an amazing help the entire time. I order a sirloin stake (medium rare) it was properly cooked. The entire experience was amazing. Maybe in prior months the service and food might of been bad but to my experience everything was amazing. Definitely recommend it I always see people post of their food before they eat it but I feel like an empty plate says a lot more than a full one
