Went to Doublz a few weeks ago. Great Place. I got Breakfast at lunch time which is alway nice.

You know the foods going to be decent when they’re extremely rude to you.
Somehow it’s still super greasy, burned and yet undercooked all at the same time.
Give it a try but no guarantees that it’ll be a pleasant experience. There are many other options in the area that will be better in pretty much every way.

Extremely disappointing experience at the drive-thru. Brenda, the employee taking orders was rude and clearly not interested in being there. She rushed me through my order and spoke with a tone that was anything but polite.
If someone is that unhappy working in customer service, maybe it’s time to consider a different job. Being courteous and respectful is a basic part of the role. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I won’t be returning to this location.

I never get greeted with a smile, I order pastrami combo, fries were too salty, been wanting to speak with the general manager about the service
Soggy fries. Also requested avocado on my chicken sandwich and didn't get it. Chicken salad is not very good.

Honestly this place has decent food but their prices can be a little ridiculous. I ordered a grilled cheese combo and it came out to $19 for 1 meal. The lady doesn’t tell me she charged me everything separately until after I pay. Then she tells me that they don’t have a combo for grilled cheese so she charged me everything separately. Like why would I want to pay $19 for a grilled cheese and fries. If she would have told me before paying that they don’t have a combo for it and it was going to separate prices for everything I would have just got a burger basket for $9.99. I really like to come here but I think after this experience im not coming back. I can go anywhere else and get an actual grilled cheese combo for like $14, just very disappointed

Please save yourself a trip and go to the doubles in Montebello.
The burger themselves don’t even look that appetizing . The meat patty looks so thin and it was burnt. The burgers had no dressing at all, And the top it all off the bun itself had black dots on it that looked like mold. Definitely not be coming back to this one not even gonna risk it.
