I dined in and received cold guacamole asked the lady for a new one and saw her go in the back and give me the same one with a smile on her face dipped my spoon in it and it was frozen solid dont eat her food is sitting in their freezer.

I came here made a purchase. The machine said payment failed. And the money was taken out of my account. When I told the employee this she stated I don’t see so you have to call your bank and dispute it. I showed her that I took it out of my account and she didn’t care. Also stole my points.

I literally saw the manager Joseph Perez scratch his nose and then bare hand touch the chicken. He didn't even wash his hands. I use to love coming here now I feel like barfing.

Someone urinated in the hallway causing an old lady to almost trip and fall. A homeless person in the restaurant smelled really bad and left a strong smell of urine and feces whenever he walked around the restaurant. It was difficult to enjoy my meal and the location left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and security. The food was okay.

I recently visited this pollo loco and was double charged for my order. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to fix the issue. This is highly unprofessional and sketchy. Beware, as they might double charge you and not take accountability for their mistake. I expected better customer service and honesty. Very disappointed.

There is no ATM, there are only ATMs and the workers on the cell phone, the dirty place, the dirty floor and them on the cell phone.

Not only this Pollo Loco but I think all Pollo locos have lost their touch
The chicken is smaller and barely has any meat and the price keeps getting higher
