I recently visited this pollo loco and was double charged for my order. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to fix the issue. This is highly unprofessional and sketchy. Beware, as they might double charge you and not take accountability for their mistake. I expected better customer service and honesty. Very disappointed.

There is no ATM, there are only ATMs and the workers on the cell phone, the dirty place, the dirty floor and them on the cell phone.

Not only this Pollo Loco but I think all Pollo locos have lost their touch The chicken is smaller and barely has any meat and the price keeps getting higher
I visited this place and was standing in line for over 25-30 minutes before I was able to place my order, they had one employee doing the cashier position and the delivery of orders.

Once again here at El Polo Loco. I just had there chicken guesadilla . Stuffed with so much goodness . I enjoy dining in for the free refills . It's clean and very friendly and good customer services. I enjoy it very much. Food is always great. Prices are great especially when you use your rewards app.
