Went there today and Ordered the Classic Chicken Tostada and I had a dead fly 🪰 on my salad and Sour cream 🤮. the lady who worked inside tried to blame the produce for it and I told her No it's because you guys don't wash the lettuce and your not paying attention to what your serving people. Got a refund but will never eat there again. totally disgusting.

Every time I order from here under Uber Eats, this restaurant ALWAYS fails to put important things that are supposed to go with my meals. This last time I ordered a tostada salad with cilantro dressing and I did not get any dressing. Like how am I supposed to eat a salad without dressing??? They used to have the option to add the dressing to the cart but now it’s not even available on the Uber Eats app. THEN my boyfriend didn’t get his tortilla like he ordered and Pollo loco sent a bag of chips. Not only that but I ordered ALL avocado salsa and it was 7 of them. Instead I only get 3 avocado salsa and they gave me other salsas that I did not want at all. What is wrong with people? Do they hire people that don’t know how to read? They always like to make our orders to THEIR liking like WHY??? Smh!!

I’ve only ever done take out at this place. Most of the time it was a good experience where the chicken isn’t dry. My most recent experience was the first time I had pretty dry chicken and there were some pieces that were so dry it was hard to chew. The guacamole is a pass for us. I don’t like how they always skimp on the salsa I request and give me ones that I did not request.

Can't seem to get sevice. I was ignored so long, I ended up leaving and going somewhere that wanted my business.
Horrible tasting chicken. I'm pretty sure they changed the quality of the chicken. I bought the avocado chicken burrito and it had no avocado! For the high price that we are paying now for fast food. Atleast try to make it with the ingredients that are advertised.

I eat pollo loco a lot. This is my week day spot for lunch. They have fire grill combo for under $6 bucks. Only at this spot I but the combo and use the survey coupon that deducts $1.I get 3 chicken tacos with chips and a soda. For under $6 .Such a great deal. Had to post .Save money eat healthy was able to go back to school.because I am saving $10 to $15 a day instead of eating grubhub and going to other places.
