I had an amazing experience at Flame Broiler thanks to Eaton and Brayen! From the moment I walked in, their customer service was outstanding. I asked for family meal recommendations, and they were quick to provide helpful suggestions. They went above and beyond by bringing the food directly to my table, instead of calling out my name or number. Their attentiveness and effort made the visit so much more enjoyable.

Its hard to mess up a chicken teriyaki bowl but somehow this location did. Every piece of chicken was burned and had terrible taste. Seems like they got the old pieces chicken that were beyond burnt and tossed them in the bowl. Its really bad that they cannot realize what they are putting in a customers bowl. Will not be ordering from this location again.

they just raised the prices and for what you get you're better off making your own chicken teriyaki bowl. veggies don't taste clean. ordered onions on my bowl and i seen dirt along the inside of my onions highly doubt they rinse the veggies at all. chicken is always dry and tasteless just straight chicken no teri.

This El Monte location is the WORST Flame Broiler I've ever been to. The windows look like they've not been cleaned in a month. Food was chewy and taken from a container that didn't see the grill.

I really love the food from this place and have given them so many chances but any time I doordash with them they always mess up my sauces and I had called if they could make sure not to mess up my order again and the guy on the phone was giving me attitude just for asking if he could not mess up my sauces . They also only give you a little bit of hot sauces i got two hot sauces that were almost empty !!!

Found a hair in my chicken bowl, took it back and the workers giggled in front of my face while checking the bowl and taking a look at the long piece of hair. I was told by them they would refund my money which was a lie.
