Got some subs today and wow this is by far one of the best Jersey Mike's I've been to, great staff super friendly and seem happy and the Famous Philly cheese steaks came out perfect, I highly recommend ? thank y'all.

Jersey mike's sure make tasty sandwiches. But the price tag is pretty high, so we don't go often. Got the giant size philly cheesesteak. 15 inch for 19 bucks. It was tasty and hefty. Not too wet and filled with meats.

This is my first time ever @ Jersey Mikes. I'm amazed at how good this place is. I got the California Club and the Mrs got the Famous Philly. Both sandwiches were quite tasty. It's a bit pricier than subways, but the portion size is bigger and tastier. The bread is way better than subways. We ordered for pickup. We were greeted at the pickup area where our order was waiting for us. The employee was friendly and welcoming. From what I saw, the place was clean and inviting.

Went here for I eat after work and I gotta say the people working here are should take some tips from just about every other Jersey Mike's I've ever been to first I ordered a big kahuna and before I finish my order, the guy who is supposed to be who I'm ordering with Jess walked away to start making it without asking like what size it is I mean how are you gonna go start cooking before asking that question? Then I thought he was going to let me know when he was done cooking to ask me what kind of bread I wanted my sandwich on but being he was in such a hurry to get to the nonexistent person behind me, they just decided without asking me what kind of bread I wanted.. I mean yeah sure it's not really that big of a deal but then I brought it up to all the workers there and they looked at me like I was stupid thinking it was their job to ask what bread I wanted. . I was actually told they're not supposed to ask ..uhhhhh what? I'm honestly just baffled by that comment. who is giving these people direction and what intention did Management have when they told their employees not to ask what bread your customers wanted at a sandwich shop. Mike would be disappointed to find out how they're making his sandwiches outside of joisy

I have come from far away and am temporarily living in El Monte. I don't have a job and I only allow myself a sandwich here once a week and it doesn't disappoint every time. freshness and crunch. especially thanks to the staff who work here. very good and kind people!

Went in to get a sub today to the El Monte location. Sebastian created my sandwich. I have to say I have been to a lot of Jersey Mike's in the past but I have never been treated better by a staff member than I was today. Sebastian was super nice and respectful. He gave me great customer service and made the experience over all a very pleasant one. With staff like that II will surely be back to this location.

I come here quite often because it's the closest location to our home. Usually I order online and come to pick up the food. Sandwiches are usually done correctly but sides like cookies and brownies are often incorrect. The website may allow you to order them but upon arrival it turns out they didn't have any. They typically don't say anything until they hand you your bag, then they ask you if you want to substitute it for something else (usually something cheaper) and in case you don't it's a hassle for them to refund your money for the item. This happens about 75% of the time, even when picking up orders at 11am. They need better availability of products, or better inventory management, or better software so I don't always end up with unpleasant surprises because I ordered something and then they don't have it.
