First time I visited; I live nearby in El Monte near temple city quadrant and I never really noticed this place till today. They open early and I liked that- cause was super hungry and didn't want to cook before going to Church Sunday Morning service. Their service was polite, fast, place seemed clean and had nice surrounding-seems remodeled, has plenty of space to choose where to eat and tvs to enjoy morning breakfast. Was affordable what I expect priced for a delicious French toast and eggs and bacon breakfast meal and i had an orange juice came to $15.27. Full and satisfied and would come here again. Had other meals seemed delicious I'd like to try. I would recommend the bathrooms be little more helped-Floors being less sticky, smelling a little more fresh and trash be removed being so early 9:30am in morning, new work day, but amen, other that.... This is new place/jewel discovered to eat in El Monte for me to have delicious breakfast meal.

Pics are not updated so family pack is not $19.99 It's $35 which is misleading and annoying. Also 1 double cheese burger is almost $10. I ended up spending double of what was expected due to false advertising on site. Food is good so I'm not super mad but just wish they would honor the price shown

My husband went for a family pack and only 1 burger with for fríes, terrible service, i'm calling them they keep telling me to wait and never pick up.

We always go there with our family got to say it’s always good the food never disappoints always fresh and hot, service was great the lady always asking us if we need anything, she bring our food to our table and she’s always nice and friendly I believe her name is Jaky, my family love this spot the pollo loco it’s so delicious, also the avocado burger is my son’s favorite, prices are very affordable we can eat quality food for less than a McDonald’s honestly this is the best spot so far, god service, good food and affordable.

I’ve been here once, totally disappointed with the service, was ignored for a few minutes, until I asked to be helped. Food was subpar. Maybe I am just spoiled by the customer service at the Monrovia location. Also the the veggie burger at the El Monte location is not comparable to the one I get at Monrovia.
Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is half the size of the one you get at the Monrovia location for the same price. The main reason is for the lack of customer service!

Food is good but the service is bad Also there is not soap in the restroom to wash your hands…the lady ask me what I would to drink but when I got my food she said my combo doesn’t come with a drink so I just got one drink even though the receipt says two drinks.

We normally est there once to twice a week. Unfortunately, they have a very bad cashier. Thinking of not going there anymore. She has no people skills, manners, or courtesy toward her customers. This is our second encounter with her. It's too bad because the food is great. She is short and charge today(6/8/2024, 7:30 pm. I'm a supervisor at a Hospital. Management , please train her or let her go she is causing your customers to go away!!!

Brought my friend for the first time and we ate good she enjoyed herself as much as I do wen I go there. Good service when eating inside so dine in.
