I went in 2 days ago hoping to get some of there coffee and use the restroom. So there was some left in a pot, maybe 1/4 left I'd been sanding in the front now for around 3 to 4 minutes and girl pretty much ignored me twice then came to the front. I asked for a small coffee and she said sorry but that's all we have and I'm not gonna make another pot!Need to use restroom very bad, and when I asked, "you have to buy something if you want to use it". I tried but apparently the machine doesn't work after it's 1st pot.I get people have bad days, made bad choices in life, don't take it out the customers.

Ordered this place on door dash and just wow! Even after a long drive to be delivered, this was the BEST pastrami sammich I've ever had!! I splurged and also got the chile cheese fries, which were amazing too!

I was disappointed! My hamburger meat tasted old and hard. Like if it was just warmed up. It wasn't fresh like before. Very disappointed and no ketchup or sale or napkins . I got home and was disappointed. Won't go there again.

The BEST Jims I've ever been too personally they make the food really good with flavor and everything I've tried so far is good I got the pancake plate this time instead of my usual bacon avocado burger with grilled onions and fries but everything was so delicious especially the pancakes they melted in my mouth they tasted so good! The cook at this location is a great cook. Everyone is friendly. They always make my food with love it's always fresh and hot. Portions are great I love this place so much I am always craving everything on their menu because it's so good. Definitely recommend.

The food here was ok. Kinda pricey for what they offer, IMO. My uncle got french toast which came with eggs and sausages. I tried one of the french toast. It was fresh and pretty good. My uncle thought it was ok. Nothing to wow about. I ordered the cheeseburger combo. It came with soda and fries. I thought it was strange when the cashier gal asked if I wanted cheese in my cheeseburger lol she was nice tho. The cheeseburger was not that good. Meat was dry. The bun tasted old. It was also a bit burnt on the inside. Fries was fresh and yummy. I didn't like how they placed the ketchup bottle on the foods. Like how many hands been on it??? Eww Lots of seating RR avail Drive thru avail Maybe a smile on the staffs faces will make this place better...all of them looked maddd

We ordered on drive thru some hamburger combos but somehow we were asked to parked on the side because our order wasn’t ready. So we did but after almost an hour of waiting I go back in to the restaurant asking for my order and the girl with ( tattoos) red/orange hair, responds was, that my order was not made because she thought we left. Seriously? Why the F. Would I order food and leave, if You we’re the one who asked us to park but you guys are to busy talking to cooks that you forget you tell costumers to parked on the side. And then act like it’s costumers at fault, their shakes use to be one of the best menu items in the store because it was made out of real strawberry ice cream but now it’s just bad, bad as it can get.
Rude customer service. Food tastes nasty. Fries are hard, taquitos are hard, chili cheese fries taste like sh*t, hamburgers are okay. I ordered through drive-thru cashier gave me attitude for no reason. NEVER coming here again. Old management was better.

Not super great burger. They come out mushy and drenched in sauce. But if you're hungry, you will chow away. They have drive thru, so it's great for lazy people like me who don't want to get out and walk.
