My 79 year old disabled wife has to use a large stand up Walker to get around and I'm a 79 year old100% total and permanently disabled military veteran. I told my wife that I would like to have one of those 2 peace ,$5.00 chicken meals that KFC has been advertising on tv. She has problems trying to put her Walker in & out of her car so if she doesn't think she needs it she leaves it next to our parking spot so that she can use it when she gets back home. Any way she drove to the drive thru window at KFC on the corner of peck road and Ramona in EL MONTE CA. And ordered the advertised $5.00 two piece chicken meal she was told that it was not available at the drive thru window and that if she wanted to get it for the advertised $5.00 price that she would have to drive around front and park her car and walk in to place her order , she told them she couldn't do that and was told that if she wanted to get the same 2 piece chicken meal by ordering it at the drive thru window the would be $9.00 and not the advertised price of $5.00 So she told them no thanks and came back home without anything to eat. What the heck is wrong with KFC'S Pricing policy's this not a good way to treat customers. 👎☹️

The never have chicken ready they make you wait up to 30 minutes for it to be cooked bin here multiple times and same thing nothing ready management sucks they all look at you like you shouldn't even be expecting it to b ready they are stingy with the sauces and servings really disappointed with this kfc gunna find a new location until they find new management

Honestly if I can give negative stars I would my family just bought this chicken home and the breading was all soggy it ruined the chicken so disgusting and will not be eating here again

Came here last night to buy dinner. We went through the drive-through and two hours later I was getting fraud alerts on my card. I just got a new bank account a couple weeks ago and the only time I use my card is through Apple Pay and this time I use my physical card and I started getting alerts of somebody trying to pull out money with my card number. Can’t stay for certain and it was them, but I have a good feeling.

The Doordash from this place sucks bc there's no option for condiments. I tried calling this KFC to ask them & order the 2 apple pies for $1.99 & condiments but no one answers. I even tried texting & calling the Doordash driver to ask also but his lame excuse was he had already past the drive through window when i had texted him right when he got there in line. In the old days KFC would automatically give you butter with your biscuits & ketchup. Who eats biscuits with just honey ? 🙄

Be prepared to beg for sauce like a homeless man . Food is just food like any KFC but the employees have dog shit customer service and attitude. There's one older dude in there and he's the only one who actually cares. Everyone else treat customers like pest especially the older ladies and especially if you don't speak Spanish.
