My cousin recommended this place. He was gracious enough to share some conchas with me one morning and told me this is where he got them from. I finally went to get some myself. The reviews had me a little apprehensive because they mentioned rude customer service to non spanish speaking clients... I still went cause the conchas were literally the best I've ever had lol I wanted to get some myself. I am please to report, that my trip and experience was wonderful ππ the women who helped me did not speak English to well but that didnt stop either of us from communicating with each other she was very pleasant and patient with meπ€π the prices are a little up there but I feel like most place sell sweet bread over a dollar now. Everything I got was $10.10 ... that was about 12 pieces of various pans(breads)... worth every pennies. The quality of bread, sweet and non is sooo fresh and delicious ππ€€

This place has recently changed owners without notice, resulting in a noticeable change in the quality of the tamales. Unfortunately, they are no longer the same as before, and their flavor and texture have deteriorated considerably. It's a real shame, as the quality has dropped a lot compared to what they previously offered and The Red Chicken Not White. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this place.
This establishment has recently changed ownership without any prior notice, and unfortunately, the tamales are no longer the same as they used to be. The quality has significantly declined, which is quite disappointing. Due to this noticeable drop in taste and overall standards, I can no longer recommend this place to others.

I've been here many years prior as a educational field trip. They showed us the baking process and history of this area.

The tamales and the bread are delicious but the girl had half a temper when I told her that we were already in 2023, most people already use a card to pay and they still have cash only.?
