90% of the time that I come I always end up having to wait 10-20 min just for a classic pizza or some crazy bread. Never “hot & ready”. I would understand a wait for a custom pizza but they should always have classics ready to go

Today was a bad experience Ordered online to pick up At drive thru Everything fine app show me time to go pick I went a boom waited like 10 minutes to get my two pizzas and Italian cheese bread. One pizza custom the other ultimate supreme
Custom pizza was veggie stuff crust round ( wife is allergic to pork ) Guess what they added pepperoni to my custom pizza I been trying to call to get this fix but they don’t answer the phone, and they about to close. This is sad and heartbreaking when you crave something good and thing don’t go accordingly to expectations.

The food is decent if you want something kind of hot and ready. Sometimes you got to wait. The workers there don’t acknowledge you upon entering. Sometimes when I enter they suddenly have to go to the back. They hide in the back for awhile. I was waiting for like 15 mins just to order. I was the only one there.
