the egg yellow noodle was bad saggy didn't had the texture was had couples months ago i think very good chance they put way less egg than it was ( due to egg surge) i cook them as always wait till water is boil n alot of bubbles befor cooking also i rinses it with water before putting inside the boil water soggy
Love your noodles and have been since I was a kid. Now that I am older and returned from NYC I wanted to make these myself. NYC has them freshly made in the store. I came back to California and found rice noodles, but it has a preservative sodium benzoate. Would you guys consider an alternative please?
