BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! DON’T BUYwe paid $730 which includes a discount for paying COD, For a cake & desserts that were awful looking, my daughter sent pictures and design, looks nothing like the examples she sent the desserts looked nothing like example she sent either ,We have been ur customer for a long time, followed you on IG love your work, but was so disappointed with our order, this is a Quinceañera cake! My daughter was so sad when she seen how her cake and desserts look like??I wish you would have sent us pictures before you send out the order, if you look at the picture the cake tiers are crooked especially the top one,I sent her 3 samples pictures and you can see the first picture looks nothing like those samples I sent her.Not to mention the desserts were nothing like the picture we sent, we send her a sample picture Royal blue with gold and she send us cobalt blue, and she forgot 1 dozen of strawberries and cake pop missing, we ordered concha cupcakes and she brought us regular cupcakes that look like the ones they sell at the supermarket! Very disappointed.

Paid $300 for a 3 tier cake. The cake was so ugly I really can’t believe I paid this much for a shiiiittyyy cake. Even the guests were saying it tasted horrible. Do not recommend this place what’s so ever. The cakes look nothing like the pictures they showed. Wasn’t even worth $20. You’re better off getting a cake from superior.

We had made my daughter 15th birthday cake with them, and the cake was fine when we got home ,but like an hour the cake fell apart, we called them and they blamed the weather and us ,my daughter cake pictures came so ugly, I still can't believe them didn't take any responsibilit, I don't recommend that cake shop.

Bought a $130 cake for my daughter's 1st birthday. It had a hard white chocolate layer on top & 2 cheap plastic snowflakes covered in unedible glitter that were stuck on top. I tried to remove the snowflakes but there was still plastic inside the cake. I ordered strawberry filling but instead got some sort of cream filling which I was not informed that my cake had a different filling. We ended up throwing the whole cake away after I almost choked on a piece of plastic. Thank god I didn't give my kids any cake because they could've choked on plastic. All she refunded me was $45 for wrong filling. Didn't care that her cake was hazardous. I've bought a few cakes from her & some treats during special occasions but no more. She obviously doesn't care about her customers just about making money.
I've been going to them for various cakes as I love how they taste. However the last cake I ordered was my reason for not going anymore. My daughter was very specific she wanted a chocolate cake for her birthday and I made sure I ordered chocolate. Day of the party, we cut the cake and it's a white bread with color dye making it look pink. We tasted it and it wasn't strawberry cake. It was white. No one ate the cake and we just threw it out. So disappointing. I messaged them to let them know their mistake and have yet to receive a message back and it's been months. Why go through the process of ordering cakes if you just do what you want? ?

You guys are b!cthes because when Covid first hit you guys had a special where you would come and do a dessert table as well as decorate. Since Covid happened and everything shut down you refused to give me my down payment on the package back even though I wasn’t in control of the pandemic. Disrespectfully, Fvck u .<3
Do not purchase from this bakery! I repeat do not purchase! The worse customer service that I have ever received and will blame everyone else for their mistakes. I reached out to this bakery on 12/8/21 because I was recommended by a friend. I should have looked at yelp before hand. Yelp says exactly what is wrong with this place. Back to my story, I reached out to the bakery on 12/8/21 to get a cake and cupcakes to feed 30 people. I sent an email and I sent a text. I never got a response from either. I then sent a DM and I received a response. I sent a picture and let them know exactly what I was looking for. I was quoted then told I would be sent pictures for references. I asked if they did contracts and didnt receive a response for 3 days. I was told that they dont. I asked to be sent an invoice and didnt receive one until 12/31. I sent a deposit via zelle. I also asked if I could pick up cupcakes on 2/1 and the cake on 1/29. Again took days to respond. I reached out again a couple days before pick up to ask if I could have a one tier cake instead of the 2 tier that they had pushed for. I didnt get a response. I reached out via text and then received a response. When I received a response via text I said I had DM'd then I was told that no one answers the DMs which makes no sense because on their instagram it says to reach out via text or DM. Maybe communicate that to your customers. I was told that they could accomodate then I asked for the invoice. Again no response. So I reached out via DM again. And I get a response the day I am suppose to pick up my cake and I paid the invoice. I sent my sister to pick it up and I was told that I was suppose to pick up at 12. My sister picked up at 130. I didnt notice until I received the cake which was 30 mins after my sister picked it up that the cake was sinking. Later that night when the cake was cut i also noticed that the cake was not the flavor I ordered. Also the cake didnt look like the picture I sent when I made the initial order. I reached out to the bakery the next morning and let them know that it wasnt the correct flavor and it was sinking. The owner Andrea proceeds to blame her assistant for the mistake then blame my sister for why it was sinking. She then offers me 30% back for the cake for the inconvenience. 30% refund for MY BIRTHDAY CAKE that I couldnt eat because of allergies. I tell her fine then ask to cancel my cupcakes. She does not tell me that Id only get a partial refund for the cupcakes. So today when I am suppose to receive a refund I get back $50 for a $160 order. Im told that I get only 50% refund for the cupcakes because I didnt cancel 72 hours before. Uh I wasnt told that. It also doesnt say that on their instagram. I get $50 refund for an order that I didnt even get to eat. I didnt even receive the cupcakes yet the bakery gets to keep $110 of my money? Doesnt seem fair for a screw up that they made. I didnt get a cake I ordered or cupcakes. Do not order from this bakery. They have horrible communication and dont care about the customer. Beware! Contacted the Better Business Bureau.
Great customer service. Cake tasting experience was great. Placed cake order. This is my go to specialty cake bakery. Great reasonable prices. Cake quality is amazing.
